I won't write a full account of my experience with Mountain Valley....but will put that on THREE separate occasions I have waited an entire day for someone to show up. I was scheduled for "morning" all three times, and all three times no one ever called or came. The third time I called their office FOUR TIMES asking when the person might come....I was told "late morning.....late morning or maybe early afternoon...it's going to be afternoon now....and, finally, at 2:30 pm.....he took two tickets and said he'd call you..."
You guessed it. No one showed and no one called. I am done with them.

We hired these guys to replace our water heater. They are very knowledgable, easy to work with and competitively priced. We will use them again should the need arise.
