Constraction reviews in Evans, Colorado

Robert completely removed our old wood deck and replaced it with a composite deck. He replaced and added joists. The deck is awesome and we no longer have to sand and paint or stain the deck! Robert did a fantastic job.

Robert installed a picket fence for me in my front yard. He did a great job. He was organized, timely, tidy, and competent at all that he did. He also did a great job of staying in touch with me and was very polite. I would recommend him to anyone needing handyman work.

Awesome local construction firm!! Robert was on-time and under budget with the renovation of our commercial building, and kept me informed and involved with every key step of the project. They do an excellent job managing the subs, keeping the project well-organized, and disruption at a minimum. I highly recommend RCC Construction, and we are already planning future projects with RCC Construction.

Luis and his team tiled our master shower and did and amazing job. Excellent service and excellent work. I highly recommend Northern Colorado Remodeling LLC for any job!

They are great at tile work and bathrooms. Spotty paint work. Invoices were a mess. One worker left saying we owe another $4000 one day. Later, that wasn't the case. They did over budget. We got a final invoice and paid it. They then came back saying we owed another $600. We were going to take it to small claims court, but wanted to be done with it. Can't wait to dodge them in the grocery store now...

My name is actually Nancy, using my daughters account. I recommend this business if you are looking to remodel. They are very professional and such great people to work with. They were able to fit me in at short notice. I got my floors remodeled, new vanity, railing, light fixtures. I also needed my GFCI replaced as mine were not within code and they were able to do that for me as well! If you are looking to sell and need help with fixing up/remodeling your home I recommend you call this business!!! Again, so very professional, their work is amazing, and communication is great! They are very trustworthy as well, I was able to go to work while they were working on my home. Great price! They make you feel very comfortable working with them, like they have your best interest.

We had three bathrooms remodeled. They came in with a very competitive estimate and finished the work quickly. They were able to service our home in Fort Morgan despite the long drive.

Throughout the process their communication was outstanding. While other contractors would be non-responsive and difficult to reach, Northern Colorado Remodeling was able to address our questions and concerns quickly via text message or in-person. When there was a miscommunication about a specific material to be used, they corrected the issue quickly and without complaint.

I cannot recommend them highly enough. We have already booked more work for them to do throughout our home. Thank you so much!

Its simple ... I will call Leo for all my excavation and concrete work. Period. I had a retaining wall replacement project. In between houses. Very tight spot. Piles of concrete blocks and leaning over fence. I did not know what's possible and what to do. Leo brought a small excavator, made recommendation what to do as we got into it. Hauled all the concrete blocks - hundreds of them. Stayed late to finish to my satisfaction to prep for the next stage. He billed me per his quote, even though we made some adjustments as we discovered some unknowns. Amazing. Easy going and get stuff done. Will certainly call him again, as I mentioned.

Leo prides himself on doing the job the right way. Honest and makes sure he knows what the customer wants. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or hire him again.

How did I get so lucky as to find this company, will definately be using them on my next two projects!

Excellent concrete contractor. Leo did a beautiful job on our front porch. Easy to work with and very professional. Highly recommended!!

Leo did a perfect job with my new concrete patio. He was easy to work with, on time, and a clear communicator. He also translated my vision into reality perfectly. I plan to have him back for future projects.

5 Stars! Outstanding Concrete Work for Our Backyard Kitchen & Fire Pit

We recently had our backyard transformed with a stunning outdoor kitchen and fire pit, all built with exceptional concrete work by Leo with Gemini. From the very beginning, they impressed us with their:

Professionalism: The crew was prompt, courteous, and cleaned up meticulously each day.
Communication: They kept us informed throughout the project, addressing any questions or concerns we had promptly.
Craftsmanship: The quality of the concrete work is outstanding. They truly took pride in their work, and it shows in the beautiful outdoor kitchen.

They even installed all the equipment including a pizza oven and put in outdoor custom lighting.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new outdoor living space! Gemini made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. If you're looking for a top-notch concrete contractor for your backyard project, look no further! We highly recommend them.

Leo worked for me installing a sidewalk drain. His work was completed on time and to the job's specifications. He was prompt and arrived on the correct date and time. Very personable and he will work with you and attempt to accomplish what you need. I will have him back to complete other concrete work in the future! Costs were excellent and appropriate for the job.
