A tree fell on a power line and pulled out electrical box from our house the week before Christmas. Unable to reach my normal electrician, I found Mr. Electric on Google. I usually don’t use franchise type companies, but their online booking process was super convenient and I was able to get an electrician scheduled for the next day. Bryan showed up on time and immediately got to work. He gave us a quote that included some safety add-ons and had the situation repaired within hours. He was great and my overall experience will keep me using them for my electrical needs. Thanks for helping us get our power back on and back home before the holiday!

We recently hired Mr. Electric to install a new chandelier in our foyer, and Brandt and Clay were outstanding from start to finish. This wasn’t a simple job, the ceiling height required full scaffolding and careful maneuvering, but they handled everything with total professionalism and patience.

They scheduled the work the day before Thanksgiving so our home would be ready for dinner with guests, and that level of consideration alone says everything about their commitment to service. Throughout the install, they treated our new fixture with exceptional care, double-checking placement, safety, and alignment at every step. They even helped change a smoke detector battery that is normally out of reach.

The end result is flawless. The chandelier looks incredible, and the entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Brandt and Clay are skilled, thoughtful, and genuinely good people to have working in your home. Highly recommend.

This guys has NO motivation to work or take new jobs. He spent over 4 days waisting my time asking me questions about the job. He would text me a question, I would respond, then 24 hours would go by before he asked another question. I don't think he is a legitimate electrician because the second I asked if he was pulling a permit and if he was going to be able to give me a date and time to do the job. He responds with
"Unfortunately, it sounds like you need faster turnaround than I am able to provide. I wish you luck in your project."
This guy has officially cost me money by waisting my time for over 4 days and now I'm back to square one looking for a decent electrician. I would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE. Super disrespectful, no communication and no regard for a customers time.

Very professional and timely. I needed work done when my restaurant was closed so it wouldn't disrupt my business. They showed up when they said they would, installed new outlets and wall mounted TVs, cleaned up and did a great job!

Top notch work, showed up on short notice and knocked out some pretty random jobs. Great local family company! Some typical residential work as well as some more industrial type stuff with a 240v garage heater and 60 gallon compressor. Great people!

One of our bathrooms suddenly lost all power one evening. A quick call to Brent, and we had service scheduled for first thing in the morning. He replaced a faulty GFI and had the power restored in about 5 minutes. Friendly, courteous, and prompt. We'd highly recommend him!

Brent walked into a mess with us and worked us in so initially good experience. Turned out work done was incomplete and unprofessional. Footprint on our pool equipment and a busted plumbing pipe revealed they had stood on our equipment. Had to get that leak repaired at our expense. Left job "completed" with entire control panel exposed wires and all. We ended up paying him all he demanded anyway but went with another option for our bigger job.

Total Electric was a pleasure to work with. They got me an appointment for the next day and called to say they could come earlier in the day if that worked for me. Spencer and Garrett showed up and walked me through the troubleshooting they would be doing to find the problem. They finished the job quickly and were very thorough. I would highly recommend them to anyone with electrical issues.

Had electrical problem with my hot tub that we wanted resolved before winter. I contacted Total Electric through a local Evergreen referral and they responded in a very timely manner. After arriving they quickly determined and fixed the problem. Price was fair, presentable crew, will call for any future electrical issues.

Total electric did a super job on putting in new lights in our garage. They also put a new vent and light above our stove and replaced the fixtures in the kitchen and stairwell. The vent and light above the stove and the kitchen light work well. However the stairwell light sometimes shuts off after it has been on, will not turn on from one of the two switches or the light may flicker. We have called Total Electric at least three times and cannot get someone to fix the stairwell light.

Spencer and Garrett have been exceptionally kind and generous with their time and expertise in helping to install Starlink at my elderly mother’s home in Evergreen. They have returned multiple times to the home to troubleshoot when the internet goes down and recently had to replace the entire Starlink system. I recommend them without hesitation if you need electrical work done by knowledgeable and thorough experts!

Total Electric did an awesome job hanging a new chandelier in our 18’ ceiling. Garrett and Spencer both are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient in their job. We will certainly use them again for any electrical work.
