Always as advertised. Easy to deal with Amy and Bart. Have used them for over five years for rug and carpet cleaning.no need to search for anyone else.

Amy was very friendly and worked within the time crunch that she was given . She did an amazing job on the shower door which had a heavy soap scum. It was unfortunate that we had a limited amount of time for this property, and thus there was still some dirt and film left on countertops in kitchen and she was not able to get to the windows.

My experience has been excellent. Amy was on time and did and great job; the online scheduling is easy use; they have a communication system to keep you informed of the appointment, as well as when the technician is on the way to the appointment as well and when they are finished.

Incredible customer focus, clear in communication and very professional in approach and service. House felt SO much better after Amy and Brian were finished - and it was a big job! Just had them back for regularly monthly cleaning - so nice to walk in after they are done! Thank you!

Have been a long time customer. The new owner had never been to my house before and when I called with an emergency, Amy came out at the end of her work day as if she had been cleaning my carpets all along. Great customer service and her follow-up was amazing.

On time, worked quickly, was aware of their hoses and avoided even incidental impacts to the walls/corners, etc. I'll use them in the future and recommend them to my neighbors.

Brian came and cleaned all the carpets on our main floor and the stairs. It hadn’t been done in at least 4 years and had plenty of dog and kid accidents to deal with. He was very thorough and quick and promised to come back if anything didn’t come out well. I didn’t think much of that but then I noticed one spot that seemed new - was just where a cord sat while the carpet was wet. They were super responsive and came back out within 48 hours and cleaned it all up. They even took another stab at a high-traffic spot to see if they could make it better. Definitely recommend them!

Amy is svery professional. When she came to give us an estimate, she followed up the same day with a computer generated estimate. She sent a text reminder the day before she was scheduled to arrive and she arrived right on time . She did an excellent job on a carpet that had not been professionally cleaned in 10 years. I wish more companies were as responsive as Higher Ground. She made us feel like no job was too big or too small. She gave us an estimate to clean an expensive oriental rug. When we do get it cleaned, I would not hesitate to use her. I highly recommend Higher Ground and also to support our local businesses.

Called for a deep clean of commercial carpets that haven’t been professionally cleaned in a long time in an office/warehouse setting. They warned me that they may not appear clean and stains may not come out and I totally understand that. I asked when scheduling for a machine they no longer have but was told up front they won’t be able to offer that service any longer. They are up front about any and all expectations and costs and super polite. After the carpets dry, I’ll be able to see how they turned out. I’m happy with how they look right now, 2 hours after completion.

Amy, owner of Higher Ground Cleaning Svcs, was very professional and knowledgeable of her trade. She evaluated the type of carpet and condition and gave honest outcome expectations. Brian, who actually cleaned my carpet and my recliner, was very professional, personable and did an excellent job. I was very pleased with the outcome. Amy also picked up my 8x10 area rug for cleaning and will return when complete, a great service. Given their knowledge, professionalism and quality of work, I would not hesitate to schedule their home cleaning services should I every require it. I have added Higher Ground Cleaning Services to my contacts and will definitely use them again in the future.

I've been looking forward to writing this review for sometime. Amy and her team represent all the best attributes of a small business. Her commitment to quality, work ethic, customer service and in our case, follow-through when things didn't quite go to plan, are remarkable. Amy runs a business that reminds of the "old way" of doing things. I don't know how she does it all but she will have a customer for life from my family and I hope yours as well.

Amy is not only friendly she is also professional, responsive, and she was on time. I had her shampoo, our carpet stairs. She did a great job. She is efficient and takes pride in her work. I will definitely be using her again.

I don’t know what other carpet cleaners charge so I can’t speak to good value but I assume the cost is similar to other providers. I know I like Amy’s work and her professionalism (and before she owned the business, Doug and Debbie’s.). She was even early and called ahead of time to be sure it was ok to come earlier. She is also quick and efficient at the job. I like her tips for working on pet stains and on best carpets for durability and for pets.

Really enjoy having my carpets cleaned by this company. They do all my carpets every single year and the carpets always turn out really good especially this year. I had tenants that were not very clean and managed to get grease and oil on some of the carpeting and she managed to get it out. Please don't hesitate to call this company, you will be glad you did.

As usual, Amy and her team were awesome! We were actually moving out of state and we had a tight turnaround to get 5 area rugs cleaned. Amy was able to get all of our rugs cleaned and packaged back to us before the movers arrived and at a great price! We used her for years and were extremely satisfied with the quality, professionalism and response - we are just sorry that we wont have her service here in NC!!!!

Amy did a great job cleaning the tiles (including a natural stone) in 2 of my bathrooms. I would use her services again in the future.

Very professional service from scheduling through completion of the job. We really appreciated receiving the confirmation email after booking the job and the follow-up email reminding us of the scheduled cleaning the next day. Josh, the carpet tech arrived on time, communicated in a professional and knowledgeable way. He was exceptionally pleasant to have in our home. The completed work was amazing. Carpets look great and the kitchen tile looks like it did when we first installed it 15 years ago. Highly recommend Amy and her crew!!
