My landlord installed a propane heater using theses guys. It's constantly having small problems. They somehow thought it would be a solution to drill holes into my floor so now I have a constant cold draft that I can't do anything about. Yet again, it has problems and needs a new igniter... but they no call, no show the appointment without even an apology. And then telling me that "they're sorry that they're not up to my standards" when I suggested that they be more professional.
