Property Maintenance reviews in Evergreen, Colorado

Very responsive and professional. Able to get the work scheduled without much delay.

They came by quickly after the last wind storm and picked up all our slash.

After stone walkway done, there were issues that popped up. When I brought it to attention the issue was rectified beautifully. The team went above and beyond. Very happy with service and promptness.

Nelson @ Happy Hounds went above and beyond expectation this fall. We've outsourced yard cleanup / winter prep the past few years with other popular Evergreen home service companies. Happy Hound's quality, attention to detail and level or service is the best in the area!

Nelson does an amazing job with everything we have asked of him. He does all of the yard work in the springtime to the snow plowing in the winter months. No project has been too big or small for him.

December'25 -- the first significant snowfall of the '25-'26 season, and Nelson (the chief hound) was back to clear the snow out of my driveway AND shovel the walk to my front door! Another 5-paw service from Happy Hound!

Nelson (the Happy Hound) did a really good job with fall cleanup at my place. My property is in the mountains, it's not a conventional yard (no such thing as a manicured lawn around here!), and I'd been unable to wrestle the mountain grasses -- some of which grow to 4 or 5 feet tall -- or find anyone who was willing to do the work. Nelson worked hard and fast, and now my property looks transformed! I was impressed enough to contract with HHHS for snow removal this winter, and I plan to have him back in the early summer to cut back the meadows. Thank you, Nelson, c'ya at the first heavy snowfall!

Nelson happened to be on my street the morning after a snow storm when I was trying to dig my car out of the ice (couldn't get in my driveway). He helped me push the car out and then used his plow to clear the end of my driveway - all just cuz he's a nice guy and was able to offer assistance. So, I can say, book his services with confidence! (I know I'll be using him in the future)

Nelson did an outstanding job cutting up and disposing of 4 trees blown down during the recent wind event. I recommend him highly for any of the various types of work he performs and would not hesitate to hire him again. Good job, Nelson!

I would highly recommend Nelson, of Happy Hound Property Services for any tree work. His tree removal and trimming was spot on. He was professional, prompt, safety-conscious, very fairly priced and true to his estimate. At no additional cost, he brought in an arborist to make sure the job was properly executed. Nelson went above and beyond, including the clean up.

Nelson has been exceptional. Happy Hound Home Services takes care of pest control for our Evergreen, CO rental property. We have owned the property for several years now and rodents have been a problem. I contacted Nelson to get a quote. He communicated quickly and arrived on time for the initial assessment. His quote was comprehensive and easy to understand. I signed up for quarterly pest control at an affordable rate. So far, the service has been excellent. Plenty of heads up provided about upcoming services, prompt invoicing and easy to pay with one click of the button. The invoice includes everything that was completed during the service and gives me peace of mind that the work is actually being done. We do not have any critters and we plan to keep the service for as long as we own the home. Close friends and neighbors have also praised Happy Hound Home Services for their solid landscaping and snow plowing services. I highly recommend!
