Explained the entire tuneup after finishing in terms I could understand.

It was easy to set up a visit for an estimate, Mark let me know he was on his way and did a thorough explanation of the job, and when I got his estimate within two hours, I was very pleasantly surprised as his bid came in considerably lower than a previous Bid.

We have been using All American Heating for over 7 years as we have updated, installed and cared for two different heating systems and boilers at two different houses.
I want to send a shout out to our technician, Tom P., who took the time to explain the necessity in cleaning our new boiler system. He not only showed us pictures of before and after but he also checked on product warranties before replacing parts that were still under warranty. His explanations and pictures stressed the importance of the annual cleaning of the system, which we were skeptics to invest in since it was a new system. Keeping the system maintained and cleaned will extend the life of our boiler and prevent unwanted repairs.
I highly recommend All American Heating to anyone looking for a reputable company. RR

I had a pipe burst at a clients home during a brutal week of sub zero temps. Called and was able to get a service same day. Mike was an awesome tech. Fixed the leak, on time and super professional. Grateful for the speed and repair!

Mark came out and diagnosed the need for a new gas valve for my boiler. He ordered the correct part, installed it in a timely manner, and had all the sophisticated equipment needed to calibrate the new valve for proper propane burning without excessive carbon monoxide in the exhaust. Quality job throughout and constant communication and updates. I would use them again without hesitation.

Mark was prompt, kind and knowledgeable. He even greeted our chocolate lab.

We were having boiler and heating issues at our new home. All American Heating came recommended from a neighbor. They were terrific all the way around. Jason, Mike and Corey were all great and they were able to fix all of our issues. This is a well run company that is very responsive and professional. From the scheduling of the service to the finishing of the job they keep you well informed and are very responsive. They even provide pictures showing the various stages of work throughout the project as well as the finished product, which really comes in handy if you aren’t in town. We highly recommend them and have signed up for their regular maintenance program.

Amazing! I got the text that the tech wa son his way. Tech was knowledgeable and clean and friendly. While they fixed one issue- another part of my furnace failed, so they were able to find a part and fix that. Highly recommend

I called Mark, All American Heating, after another HVAC company installed new thermostats in our home but despite multiple attempts, couldn't figure out how to get them to work properly (insufficient power.) Mark knew right away how to fix the problem. Mark knows what he is doing and follows through on his commitments.

I was fortunate to have the owner come out and he came on the same day that I called for help with my broken boiler . He was able to get my 45-year-old boiler working again temporarily and has started the process to get a new furnace for me in a quick way.
During the install the following technicians gave excellent service: Ethan, Draven Jeff and Juan.
Juan was the primary plumber and installer of the boiler. He laid out all his supplies so that he could easily access all of it. He did an amazing job.

I rented a house and the kitchen faucet needed to be replaced. The owner contacted all American and Tom came out and replaced it. He was amazing. He eas very considerate. Highly recommend Tom and all American. Keep up the good work Tom and you will go far.

Mark (the owner) came over to assess the problem. He's a great guy and arrived shortly after I called. Mark was able to quickly diagnose the issue, order the part, and get it resolved the same day. In addition, the communication from the office and also the tech was seamless. These guys are great!

Tom with All American Heating did a fantastic job. His professionalism and expertise was demonstrated consistently over several projects at my house. His workmanship is outstanding. I will continue to do business with All American Heating not only because of the reasons noted above, but also because the business supports people like Tom that look you in the eye, shake your hand, and do exactly what they promise.

This my second experience with All American. Again, really great customer service and technical work. Technician arrived as scheduled. Did all work while we were away but sent photos of work completed. Very satisfied with the entire process. I highly recommend the company.

As a heavy civil contractor and not at all familiar with boiler systems it was very refreshing to find an extremely knowledgeable and experienced company to work on my system.
We had outside temperatures at below freezing and the inside of my home was in jeopardy of freezing
I made one call to American Heating and was up and running the same day.

All American Heating cane to service my furnace today. Mike was efficient, educational and professional. Really appreciated him. He also came within the scheduled time window.
The scheduler on the other hand were not so great. I called the morning of the appointment to determine the arrival time during the 4 hour window, and the scheduler gave inaccurate information. SO be extremely specific when speaking with the schedulers, don't assume they know travel times to and from jobs.

Mike from American Heating came out the day after I called. He did a great job of educating me on the issues with my garage boiler and helping me come up with a cost-effective solution to get things going again. I continue to love my service from All American Heating!

Mark was excellent.

I had other companies look at the system and really didn't know what to do. But Mark gave me a couple of options for what I wanted. He presented me with some very good recommendations on how to proceed on a 50 year old boiler system. Others just wanted to rip out what was there and start anew. But Mark and his team found a great middle ground.
