I guess you always get what you pay for, ac pipes freeze up and it stops working so I have to turn it off until pipes melt, I can't have it lower than 72, we've been calling them for over a month but they never show up to fix it

They repaired my ac & not long after it stopped working they never came back to fix it, they ignored my calls, save your time & money go somewhere else

In the beginning I was very impressed with this company but now I am completely unimpressed. They never finished the job, they ignored my countless calls, left the ladder in my shower, knocked the shower curtain rod down and left it and left the attic door off. Serious hazard for this handicapped 70 year old. When I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, they told them that they kept in contact with me (nope!) and that they didn’t leave the place like that (I have photos to prove it). Do not waste your money like I did! They’ll take it all and not do what they claim they will do.

Have a rental property that had the A/C go out on renters. Called several HVAC companies and unfortunately this time of year everyone is booked several days out. I contacted Luis the owner and they managed to squeeze me in. Customer service was on point and they did not take advantage of my desperate situation. Honesty, integrity, and quality service...I recommend these guys!!!

Laguna is hands down the most reliable HVAC service I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Both Luis and his son Luis really know what they're talking about and have the amazing customer service to match their skills!

They are the only HVAC service I will use for any issues I have at the apartment complex I work for. For both residents and employers, I highly recommend giving these guys a call!

I was having issues with my air conditioner and they came out, diagnosed, and repaired in a very timely manner. The prices were great compared to what I was quoted from other companies. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Rory with Green Tech is my preferred HVAC contractor. I own a plumbing company and when I need a contractor to help me with installs and service he's the first person I call. He has good attention to detail and completes work on time

It was a Friday evening about 6:30 and no heat. Called Green Tech as they are open till 9:00 on Fridays. WOW left message then 10 minutes later talked to Rory and he was so great trying to help me over the phone. Even though they were really busy, we were up and running on Saturday. Excellent service and price. I have found my new HVAC company. Thank you Rory!

Rory did a great job fixing the gas leak coming from our furnace. He took little to no time to come over and charged a very inexpensive price. I definitely recommend this business!

After a 2 week vacation, we walked into our house and quickly realized our air conditioner stopped working. I called about 8 different repair places and Roy was only person to answer my call. He came the very next day..a Sunday morning...fixed our air conditioner and saved us from our 83 degree house! Definitely would recommend Green Tech!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The first red flag is that they want almost full payment up front (they wanted 80% down where normally it's around 50% or just cost of parts). I told my husband not to go with them but they seemed knowledgeable about mini-split systems and were more affordable. MISTAKE. They are not knowledgeable and left us with only 1 out of 4 working units! They do not respond to messages or phone calls. We were totally SCAMMED. We had to hire another company to fix all of their mistakes and order another working unit ourselves. The project was started in JUNE and they did not fix it or bother to respond to us and so we had NO air conditioning all summer even though we had paid a serious amount for it! They still OWE US. We are going to have to go to small claims court. DO NOT USE GREEN TECH! BEWARE!

Good price but owner does not communicate at all. He shows up when he wants to and does the bare minimum. I've had 3 repeat issues that he said he fixed and have figured it out on my own at this point. His workers are great, but not too sure the owner understands how to run a business properly. Beware of this company.
