Excellent service! Josh was able to come out first thing when we woke up with no heat and got us back up and running in no time. He also walked me through some maintenance things I can do myself to maintain our system, and helped show us several things about our new system (new build a few years ago) our prior HVAC company never even mentioned. I called CV H&A for a second opinion on my A/C unit after being told the unit needs to be replaced. Josh was very professional and thorough. He was able to find that my refrigerant charge was low and possibly has a small leak, but just needed to be charged and I was notified of the possibility of needing to replace the condenser if the leak was too large. I was quoted $20k-$30k for a new unit for another company. Josh's diagnosis's was accurate and it helped me to confirm that the other big name company "SE" is a bunch of highway robbers. You've earned my business!
