Josh and his team at Carbon Valley Heating and Air did an amazing job taking care of my parents A/C unit today. Blake was able to find and fix the problem quickly. It is wonderful to have such a trust worthy company in town to use! I will continue to always use and recommend Josh and his team!
Josh and his team have come through for me again, this time working on my own A/C unit. Kevin was very professional and did a complete inspection of my unit. He was able to resolve my issue and provide me with a couple of easy recommendations to help keep my house cool during this crazy heat. Once again, Josh and his team have proven how valuable it is to have a reputable company in town!

Kevin was great! He came out and quickly addressed our issue and shared some valuable knowledge and advice. He even saved us some money by getting us into a great maintenance plan. Highly recommend him and the rest of the Carbon Valley crew.

Excellent service! Josh was able to come out first thing when we woke up with no heat and got us back up and running in no time. He also walked me through some maintenance things I can do myself to maintain our system, and helped show us several things about our new system (new build a few years ago) our prior HVAC company never even mentioned. Highly recommend and although I hope not to have to call again soon, Carbon Valley Heating and Air has my business!

I called CV H&A for a second opinion on my A/C unit after being told the unit needs to be replaced. Josh was very professional and thorough. He was able to find that my refrigerant charge was low and possibly has a small leak, but just needed to be charged and I was notified of the possibility of needing to replace the condenser if the leak was too large. I was quoted $20k-$30k for a new unit for another company. Josh's diagnosis's was accurate and it helped me to confirm that the other big name company "SE" is a bunch of highway robbers. You've earned my business!

Had a great experience with Carbon Valley Heating and Air. From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. They gave me a fair quote on replacing my AC. no upselling, no pressure just honest info and options. What really stood out, though, was the service.

Gavin and Osley handled the install, and they were awesome. Super respectful of my home, clearly knew what they were doing, and took the time to explain everything once the new system was in. You could tell they actually care about doing the job right.

Also want to give a shoutout to Wes in the office. He was super friendly every time I called and kept me in the loop with scheduling and just made the whole process easy.

It’s not often I write reviews, but these guys earned it. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable, straightforward HVAC company.

Can't say enough positive things about Gavin Ehrlich!! We spent last night sweating in our sleep and Gavin was here first thing in the morning to help. He diagnosed our issue and fixed it quickly. Carbon Valley has a life long customer thanks to his work, knowledge, and customer service. Thanks again Gavin!

Carbon Valley is so good at communicating through email and respond really quickly to website requests for scheduling. Joshua was very professional, called and texted when he was on the way. He diagnosed the issue with my AC quickly and then continued with my spring checkup. I have been using Carbon Valley for quite a few years now and highly recommend them!

I can't express the total satisfaction I have with Carbon Valley Heating and Air !!!!! I had my water heater replaced 3 years ago and was totally blown away with their professionalism. Yesterday I had my furnace replaced (it didn't break down. it was just 22 years old). The respect that Gavin and Oklee (sp) gave to me and my property was second to none !!!!! The explanations that I given were to the point and in a non technical language that I understood. I have so much trust in this company, that I would give them the keys to my house, my debt card and pin and not have to worry about a thing. I can't forget about Wes. He's a great person and gets things ordered and scheduled on your timeline. Overall, Carbon Valley is very professional, personable and CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONIFIED !!!!!!!!! Josh Robertson was great! First helping when we initially reported the issue with the thermostat. Then he came out again the next day and replaced the thermostat under warranty and then walked us through the settings on the new thermostat. Carbon Valley Heating and AC has always done a great job for us. Very personable and friendly techs as well as office staff like Tanesha (hope I spelled the name correctly). Thank you to everyone!!

Jed was fantastic and professional. He explained what he was doing and why it mattered throughout the process. His work was quick and efficient, and it feels great to have clean air ducts again—especially since my wife is battling cancer. This will surely help her health. Excellent service!! When my furnace stopped working, Gavin was able to be at my house within an hour. He was very friendly and professional. I appreciated him explaining what was wrong with the furnace and how it happened. He got it up and running same night to hold me over until the part came in. Part replacement was super fast.

James was quick and efficient with our yearly furnace inspection. He offered some recommendations to improve the health of our home and keeping the system running for years to come.

We just had our AC repaired and we couldn’t be happier with the service! The technician Jed was professional, knowledgeable, and quick to diagnose the issue. He explained everything clearly and got our AC back up and running in no time.

We were pleased with our technician, James Ives. Our furnace is less than a year old, so no service was needed, just the fall check. James did explain our system and answered any questions we had. He was prompt and polite. The company apparently has been sold since we purchased the furnace from Carbon Valley in Jan. 2025. So far their service seems unchanged.
