Service and install was second to none. Ridge was our advisor and has been timely, professional, and transparent throughout the entire process. We liked that Ridge and his team focused on the unit and components that would be correct for our home. He listened to our needs and discussed several options and the pros and cons of each. He has been readily available for any questions we have had throughout the process, even after the install was completed. Ron and Eddie completed our install and were timely, professional, and transparent as well. Our HVAC needed significant retrofitting and Ron explained what needed to be repaired and the reasons for it. Ron and Eddie ensured everything was functional and explained maintenance and service/parts warranties clearly before they left. Big Cat definitely has our business going forward as we are very happy with our purchase and install.
