My review is not for Awesome Plumbing and heating was for Awesome Home service not this company a negative review for Awesome home service was placed with them.

Great company- came out to our house within a few hours and fixed the clog in a few minutes- also gave us an evaluation of our septic system- Don is the man! Highly recommended!

He came out with out the right equipment. Did not have proper equipment to thaw my septic. He used his hose with my pump and wasted all my water. Made it a foot up my septic then charges me $370! Stay away !

Absolutely terrible!!!! Came when they were not scheduled and were late when they were scheduled. Charged "labor" time for going to store to get a part. No breakdown of charges. Overpriced. Left grease stain. About a week later, the shower handle he "fixed" came off and water gushed everywhere, damaging walls/carpet. He came about an hour earlier than scheduled. Claimed handle was different than one he fixed (it wasn't). Harassing phone call for payment for "fixing" what he obviously did not fix correctly (or made worse) the first time.

We had a problem with our well that went from being a not so big job to being a much more serious issue. Totallee Awesome fit us in asap and figured out what was wrong, all of this on a Friday. Adam came out Saturday morning, after having arranged an excavator to also come out and got us up and running.in no time. The cost was more than fair, Can’t say enough good things about the team, from Kellie keeping us informed and scheduling to Adam and the guys getting us water again! Great work team, hopefully we won’t have any more plumbing issues but if we do you guys have our business hands down, Thanks again!

This plumber is the right man for your job. Fast, efficient, clean, and reasonably priced! I found him to be highly informed and not interested in up selling me things that I did not need. He even made suggestions for places that I could buy a water pump cheaper than he could get it! Needless to say, I was thrilled with his service, his reasonable rates and positive attitude. He is a permanent member of my contacts and a thumbs up to all my friends in Florissant.
