Given the urgent demand and my medical condition, our home warranty gave us the green light to seek someone to come and fix it. We left multiple messages with various AC repair services explaining our predicament. Among all of them, Jared was the one who responded. Despite being incredibly busy like everyone else, he took the time to call us back with some suggestions on how we could try to resolve the issue ourselves, which he really didn't have to do.
