Despite being incredibly busy like everyone else, he took the time to call us back with some suggestions on how we could try to resolve the issue ourselves, which he really didn't have to do. I paid $125 to diagnose the issue with my heater, a problem I was already aware of. All I needed was a written estimate and the model of my heating unit. PLEASE.
