Ordered a sliding door and window from home depot home solutions, they've screwed up the door order twice (didn't get the right door in) and the window once. I've been waiting over 2 months for the installs. Don't use them to install anything!

I ordered a guaranteed 7 day install carpet. It is now a month later and it has not been installed. That is frustrating enough but they have also scheduled to installs and with 15 minutes left in the 2 hour window I was waiting at my house called to cancel. There are plenty of nice floor installation places in town, go to one of them and save yourself a headache.

I went in a got a quote for a set of french doors, but I did not want to order until I was ready to install. So I called back three times now and the same thing happens: rings forever with no one answering or I am put on hold and person never comes back to answer. Because of my job I can wait, but after waiting an hour each time with no service, I am beyond frustrated. I live out of town and it would mean a two hour drive to confirm for order and quote that is already in their system. This is unacceptable. No more business from me.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I have been a loyal home depot shopper for years. I have never been so offend by a store manager in my entire life of dealing with customer service. Long story short: I ordered a swamp cooler and was promised an install by a contractor. That didn't happen. Instead I accepted a $100 refund on the unit via store credit. When I picked up the unit, it was severely damaged on 3 sides and I refused the unit. I returned the gift card and was issued a refund that I never saw a receipt for. In speaking with corporate, I suggested that home depot pay for a $350 installation to verify a working unit, I had a private contractor give that estimate. Home Depot's store manager, Cassie, refused this, was incredibly argumentative and lied directly to me several times. Her final offer was $250 off the unit. I also had to pay $260 to fix the current cooler for a missed deadline and the unit still needs to be replaced. This has now set me back a minnimum of $500 because of home depot. Needless to say, home depot lost my business there and on any future projects including Re-flooring my kitchen. Good job Cassie.

I had great service from Jaun Martinez in the lighting department. I was trying to decide between two three lights. He took the time to open the boxes to compare the way they were installed and the quality of all three lights. I realized the more expensive alternative was the best choice.

I had problems with my hood so I call them on the weekends th they told me they will come and fix it with tow hours minimum for $ 1200 so I said yes they came and I didn’t know what he did but he fix it and he said you have to clean it but if you have problems with the Time bean call me I will come back so after 6 days I have the same problem and I called him and refused to come back and honer his work?
