Technician, Kyle was early to arrive in specified timeline. After I briefed him on the problem he quickly went to work diagnosing the problem. My house is 45 years old and what was common practice back then has been replaced with improved practices today. My electrical problem had to do with multiple connections in outlet boxes some with shared circuits. Kyle tried a number of ideas until he figured out.what the problem was, isolating potential problems along the way. He throughly tested his solutions until all worked as expected.
I thought it was well worth the cost to have a perplexing electrical problem solved in less than 2 hours. -

Kyle was amazing!!!! Swapped light fixtures for us, installed new fixtures and cleaned up a bunch of old wires! Super professional and top notch service and work!

I had the best experience working with Luminous Electric today! I’ve always been nervous about getting help with something serious like electrical work. But my experience with Matt E. was beyond fantastic. Matt was kind, extremely knowledgeable, and incredibly fast with his work. Electrical work is always something that makes homeowners scared and worried. But Matt made our experience so comforting and educational. I will gladly have Matt over to our home again as well as any member of Luminous Electric.
