Yesterday Andy came out to address an outdoor GFCI which kept tripping the breaker. It’s a good thing that Andy was so thorough because although that GFCI needed to be replaced one of the 3 other outdoor outlets attached to the same breaker had melted wires so he replaced that outlet as well. He also inspected the other two outlets to ensure those were in tact/safe. Eggers has never let me down

I just bought an EV on Monday, and was eager to get a charger installed. Our electrician, Sterling and I discussed the options and costs involved to get the job done. I appreciated that. The end result looks very professional, and was completed the same day as giving me the estimate.

Sterling and Tyler did a simply outstanding job replacing a ceiling fan on a 20 foot high ceiling. They not only did it in record time, the cost was more than reasonable and Sterling even painted part of the ceiling where M&E didn't scrape off because it was under the previous fixture.

As I see it, they deserved a 5 star rating and we bought them both lunch at Silver Mine. You have an electrical job? Get these guys!!

Justin was a rockstar! He brainstormed fixes to hang a heavy beast of a light fixture that had several things keeping it from wanting to be hung. He fought the good fight and won, we couldn’t be happier!

Clint was great! Overall, such a good experience with he and Eggers. We had a couple GFCI outlets trip in a neighborhood power surge and for the life of me I couldn’t get them to reset. Clint came out and after checking the fuse box, testing the outlets, and taking a look, he found a sneaky 3rd outlet hiding in the pantry.

I really appreciate that he didn’t make us feel stupid or incompetent in any way and took the time to find the most cost effective solution. A lot of companies jump right to trying to make a buck on stretching the hourly rate for diagnostics or insisting on an expensive replacement. I loved the honesty and that wanting to help the customer was a true priority.

On top of that, I had an appt then got sick and had to reschedule. The next appt was 9 days out but Eggers scheduled it for me and said I’d be on a cancellation list. They ended up getting us squeezed in way sooner which was great. They’ve definitely earned our trust and we’ll be back for future electrical needs!

We had a circuit breaker go out but could never find it no matter how many we toggled. Justin did a great job of detecting the problem. He was exceptionally professional and a great representative of the company! Thanks!

Clint was amazing, we have an old house that forever needs updating, and Eggers has kindly helped us step by step make her up to date the most efficient and effective way. Clint was clearly an expert in his field offering great suggestions and knowledge working with an older home.
