Brett and Angie were great to work with. I highly recommend them!! From start to finish they were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They really educated me on all the different trees, shrubs and plants I had on my property. The day of our project I was very pleased with the speed, attention to detail and overall experience having their services to remove bushes and trim trees. The crew was polite and cleaned up very nicely. You can tell they truly care about the quality of their work and honestly, what is best for the trees and plants.

TL; DR: Great People, Trees Look Amazing, Outstanding Experience! I shopped around for estimates and found out that there are some crazy cats in the tree industry! After meeting Brett and Angie, and getting their competitive and honest bid, I knew they would do a great job with our trees. Brett and crew (Tony, Austin, and Ruben) showed up on-time (a bit early!) and we had a walk-through of what they would do. They even notified the neighbors they would be working! Everyone on the crew was genuinely concerned about doing an excellent job and “making the trees pretty.” They did! The trees look absolutely amazing. They were respectful of the property and cleaned up everything, right down to a blower, when the job was done. I cannot recommend Diamond Tree Company enough; I will definitely keep them in mind for any future tree needs.

This is simply a shout out to this company who trimmed our trees and removed some serious bush stumps. These guys ALL worked on this project, each person from this fantastically knowledgable group contributing their individual talents to each tree they trimmed which included a pear, 4 maple trees, an apple, and a Linden. A lot of trees to say the least, but I have to mention how accessible each individual was from this great company. Thank you for your dedication and work!

I had two huge ash trees and a crabapple that had not been pruned in years. They were way overdue.

Yesterday, Brett, the owner who is an arborist, and his crew--another arborist and a man on the ground came out and pruned all three trees.

They were extremely knowledgeable, did great and meticulous work, and cleaned up everything so that my yard was in pristine condition. My trees look great. They removed all of the dead wood, trimmed and shaped these huge trees, and greatly improved the way they look.

I would highly recommend them, and am going to schedule them again to come and rejuvenate my 25+ year old lilac bushes once they bloom this year.

After submitting an online bid request, I was soon able to get a prompt appointment. Company owners Brett and Angie came to my home personally to do a thorough inventory of our pruning needs, talk through what our goals were, and share their process for how the work would get done if selected for the job. Straight away I was impressed with their communication and customer service, not to mention their extremely reasonable, fair quote which blew an astronomical local competitor right out of the water. I hired Diamond Tree Company on the spot, and was similarly impressed that I could get the work scheduled within a month's time. Brett and the crew arrived right on time yesterday (10/8/2024) for the scheduled work date. They were kind, courteous, super efficient and did an AMAZING job with pruning and shaping all four of our very overgrown mature trees, including the removal of LOTS of deadwood branches way up inside each of the canopies. Brett checked in with me several times throughout the job to update me on WHY they were doing what they were doing, and wanted to make sure that his/his crew's recommendations were aligned with what I wanted. Can you say PERFECT?? They wrapped up the work in its entirety (including wood-chipping and clean-up) in roughly two hours. Wow. I was impressed!! Overall, I am VERY pleased with how the trees look (we're ready for winter!) and the very fair price we paid to have all of it done. Great customer service, great people, great price, great work! Brett and crew were awesome at our home and our neighbors to the west. They successfully removed large branches that were overhanging our roof, trimmed pine trees and made quick work of by chipping up the branches. They are skilled climbers and tree professionals who were on time and thorough at a fair price.

Brett and his crew did an outstanding job trimming 2 large old locust trees. They showed up on time; provided a safe working environment on a busy residential street; executed the job exactly as promised; and did a great job of cleaning up. We appreciated the wonderful positive attitude from the entire crew. We highly recommend them!

Brett and his crew do outstanding work! He included me on every aspect of the pruning process of a very large maple and apple tree in my backyard that I am very fond of. They are meticulous efficient and strong communicators. His partner Angie was very responsive to me during scheduling and work consultation. I've had much better experience with local companies, I went with these guys because I thought the size of operation gave them more credibility. There was confusion on the quote (not entirely their fault), but it didn't really end well. They left dead branches hanging in the tree they were pruning. Just not impressed overall, go with one of the smaller operations.

I called Davey tree almost a week ago to get a limb out of my yard that was down in the last storm. Of course I'm low on the totem pole so it's still there, but I said no hurry. It's not in the way and is doing no harm, so that's why I said take your time. I know they'll be out when they get a chance and they will take care of it.

Two of their workers tried running me off the road and then laughed about it as they tailgated me all the way up the road until i had to turn. Tried calling the business and nobody answered. Photo of truck included so that hopefully someone higher than them can either put a dash camera in the vehicle or look at the footage from the one thats already in it. Very ashamed that someones employee would be so reckless with their own life and someone else's property let alone their employers.
