I have been using Hot Mess Cleaning for many years, since 2016. I have had last minute requests as well as booked times and each one I have been treated with the same respect and professionalism. I have always been able to trust their service to be a reliable and honest job well done. They do a wonderful job cleaning every room in our house. I have never had to ask them to return to re-clean anything.

We stumbled upon Hot Mess Cleaning while comparing cleaning services and are so glad we did. We were impressed with the initial deep clean because the crew was surprisingly quick for how thorough they were. The Hot Mess staff are easy to communicate with, respectful of our time and space, and often go above and beyond what we request. Great price especially for how much they accomplish at every house cleaning.

I had two women come out to clean 2 full bathrooms and mop/vacuum my main living area. They were efficient and finished in an hour. Very polite I didn't feel weird having them in my home at all.
The bathrooms were cleaned really well and everything I hoped for. No issues with the bathrooms!

The floors left some to be desired. I had to remop some areas where there was still gunk from my toddlers food and they left the vinyl floors covered in water. Luckily I was home and went back over them to dry some but that could have easily caused a lot of damage. I'm not sure how they cleaned because I also use a bona and never had that issue. I also misunderstood the pricing and it's per person per hour. So what I thought would be about $36+ tip was closer to $85.
I would hire again with some direction on mopping though but the price doesn't fit our budget now that I understand it.

Update August 2025- I been trying to schedule the last few months and been unsuccessful via email, messenger and phone message. Never had an issue I am aware of except my review.

They did a great job cleaning our whole house before a holiday party. Quick, showed up on time, easy. Very reasonably priced.

Paola has been great for us. When my wife had her hip replaced Paola adjusted her schedule to come weekly which was a god scent: She is quick and reliable and We highly recommend her.

Paola had been cleaning my house and was doing a good job. However, I have a hectic schedule and would request in advance to change my cleaning day on occasion. On Saturday, 5/30, I requested to change the date from 6/5 to 6/28. She told me I would have to pay her for two months worth ($180/month x 2) because I skipped a month. I don’t have any kind of contract with her and told her I would only pay her the $180. She said she wasn’t coming back because she didn’t want to put up with me changing the dates all the time. Proceed with caution.
