Maintenance check on 26 year old furnace, last checked 5 years ago. Clearly needed replacement. Excellent evaluation with detailed explanation of findings and thorough review of replacement options by tech Gabe. Removal/replacement performed by Daniele and Trent several days later, again with full explanations and instructions They did an excellent job and left the area clean as a whistle

I had Taylor Longwell the plumber out for both hot water. My pilot light went out front the wind and he got it started right back up with no problems. He didn't even charge me!! He is an amazing technician and person. Thank you Taylor and lion home service. If you need a plumber call and ask for Taylor longwell

Jerry came today to do our plumbing general inspection and he was great! I appreciated him pointing out some things that we need to think about.

Tyler Longwell was great. He answered all of my questions, made sure I understood everything, was clean, and quick. He did a water heater flush and annual maintenance.

Taylor Longwell solved a distressing issue with a shower handle which was stuck! Taylor replaced a broken valve! He is courteous and fun to talk to.
We highly recommend him!

We called Lion Home Services because our upstairs thermostat seemed to be malfunctioning. 2hrs later- James, a Project Manager, arrived to inspect our HVAC system (2 furnaces, 2 exterior AC units, 2 thermostats, etc.).Wile there, he fixed the problem (which was in the attic furnace) and took photos detailing other problems in our system. Extraordinarily honest, flexible and knowledgeable. We DO need major work done, but I never felt any sales pressure. This earned our business. Highly recommend this company!

My furnace went completely out. They were here within hours and had a new furnace put in the next morning, but left us space heaters to warm our house until we got the new furnace. easy financing, and reasonable monthly payment

The people and the work was fine, but what we had was a nice Moen kitchen faucet for which the guts are easily changed (I have done it myself for free when younger). I was told this was a low end vendor and below their standards. They ended up replacing with it with a Delta which is very obviously an inferior product

Things don’t always go right the first time. Things happen. The real question is what happens next. The whole situation was fixed very rapidly with no hesitation. The rapid and complete response raises my rating to five star!

Taylor Longwell fixed my sink in record time. He was fast and very professional. Worked me into the schedule first thing this morning. I am very happy with all the work they have done for me.

Furnace inspection and installation! Hunter and Zach were exceptional, friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. Gabe on the inspection was very professional and helpful also. We feel very good about the overall experience. They were all complementary and spoke highly of their company.

Awesome experience with Lion Home Service! Kyle was extremely helpful and took care of our smoke detector problem. He explained what he did and also enlightened us on how the smoke detector works. We were very grateful for what he did because we cannot climb ladders! Kyle also answered questions we had about our light fixtures and gave us very helpful information. We will definitely use Lion Home Service again!

I called Lions Home Service for a diagnostic check on my furnace. Mike DeSha was incredibly thoughtful and thorough, walking me through every step of the process. The furnace is running more smoothly and efficiently than before!

James was fantastic. He helped solve my lighting problem and was kind and patient the entire time. Highly recommend!

Bart did an excellent job in inspecting and servicing my furnace and air conditioner. He was very patient and explaining what he was doing why he was doing it and why it was important. He did not appear to be pressed for time but rather was responsive and careful and answering any questions that I had. He also created a very helpful report on the health of my HVAC system, and shared with me some options that I might have moving forward. Highly recommend.

We called Lion for some odd power outage issues in happening in half of our house. Customer support was very friendly and it was super easy to schedule the required service. Both electricians Garrett and Kyle were prompt, professional, and were able to diagnose and solve the issue in a timely manner. They were very patient and understanding during both follow up services as well, and overall we are really glad we called Lion!

Lion has been very easy to deal with and get the job done without any fuss.... the techs are always very experienced and pleasant. I totally recommend them!
