We recently bid a project with NoCo, and had a great experience with them. Project manager Andy Lewis was extremely knowledgeable and courteous (polite, and took his shoes off in our home), and demonstrated deep expertise in high-efficiency HVAC systems and mini-splits. They have cost-competitive solutions, use quality equipment manufacturers, and were very punctual with answering questions throughout the process. Highly recommend.

After receiving three bids to replace our furnace and incorporate a heat pump, we decided to go with NOCO Energy Solutions. They were not the least expensive, but we felt most comfortable with the thoroughness of their review of our situation. Their ideas for a system were most straightforward and in our evaluation the best choice, both in the near term and long distance.

The system has now been in place for one week--and due to the Colorado weather, we've had both temperatures that require heat and days that call on the cooling function of the heat pump. The mechanics are almost totally silent (you *might* be able to hear the furnace if you stood right next to it) and so effective. It's as if they weren't there, but the house is comfortable.

We had an older high-efficiency furnace that was nearing the end of its service life (15 years). The leap to this new set-up was significant and feels like the right move. I'll be interested in seeing how it affects our utility bills.

Overall: Amazing.

The technician was incredibly helpful and took the time to simply explain what was going on. He also offered to come back and ensure that the AC was working properly after it thawed out. We had NOCO install a Mitsubishi heat pump and replace our old gas water heater with a heat pump water heater. They did an amazing job. Great precision in installation and set up. Very personable guys. Answered every question, provided a lot of education. They also inspected, tightened up and sealed all of the pre-existing duct work to make sure the entire system would operate at 100% efficiency. Best professional service/repair experience we’ve had in ten years. Recommend them very highly.

Jake came by right on time, actually a bit early, checked out the situation with my evaporative cooler, was able to diagnose the problem, picked up the needed parts, made the repair, and everything is working great. My experience with NOCO Energy has been excellent.

Andy was quick with his photos and measurements, obviously knows his stuff. I have even more confidence I made the right decision on a heat pump.

Technician Jacob showed up on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, had the correct part, and verified the A/C unit was operating correctly. In addition, furnace blower capacitor was tested and deemed ok. He then recommended we set the blower to medium speed from low to get better performance out of our unit, a good call! Jacob is very pleasant to work with, and educated me about my system along the way. Will use this company in the future!

I was told my another HVAC Company that I needed a new furnace. I never did believe that statement, so I decided to get a second opinion. I was referred by some friends to try NOCO HVAC out of Ft. Collins. I did. My serviceman was Peter. I merely told Peter I wanted a routine maintenance and an evaluation of the condition of the furnace. Within 60
minutes, he had cleaned the areas that needed cleaning ( showed be the before/after pictures). He had also done other checks to help evaluate my furnace 's condition. He stated it was in good condition with no problems. I definitely did not need a new furnace. I am going to get a written copy of his evaluation for my records. He answered all my questions thoroughly, worked quickly, and most of all I was confident he was honest and had done an excellent job.

A rare find, found Alex honest and smaht with great home office support too. Got AC working through hottest week of the year til part came in and then followed up. Also let me pick his brain on this heat-pump mini split or ducted frenzy. Highly recommend this provider and company for honest fair pricing, thorough evaluation and follow through.

We've had numerous companies/service people since we installed our geothermal (ground-source heat pump) 16 years ago. Jake from NOCO is the best yet. Glad we switched to NOCO!

We could not be more pleased with the customer service and expertise of NOCO Energy Solutions following their replacement of our hybrid HVAC system. The office staff was always responsive to our inquiries and very pleasant to deal with. And the many service providers who worked on the installation and testing of our system were dependable, professional and highly skilled during all of our encounters with them. The system we chose was energy efficient and pricey and the NOCO ES team has been very helpful in providing cost saving rebates and documentation to reduce our costs.
