I hired NCA to install ductwork to Boulder county codes. I was assured all work would be done to code. When the county came out there were 2 big things missed: a duct to the mechanical room to draw out combustible air. That is a very basic requirement that everyone knows when you are closing in a mechanical room.

Secondly- Boulder county requires an air balancing fan for rooms that don’t have a window. This is a newer code, but still, knowing current codes is a fundamental part of their business. This was a miss in the work that was done, and I went elsewhere to have it done.
