I had Jacob and Jimmy (pretty sure Jimmy’s last initial was G) come and work on my shower and toilet drain issue.

This was all very last minute and basically a rush job. Both of them came very quickly considering how late I booked. I requested service about 3pm or so, they were there within 2 and 1/2 hours.

And while unfortunately my main issue was not entirely solved, they got me up and running and were honest about what was wrong and the fixes going forward.

So thank you Jacob and Jimmy once again. I really appreciate the late night help.

John Johnson was the plumbing expert I needed. It can be overwhelming to be a homeowner with issues you know and then don’t even know about. He evaluated and explained everything to me so I understood what I needed and options. He was on-time, knowledgeable, and friendly, communicating about each step as he went. I’m very happy with his skills and all the checks he did for my peace of mind, and feel he went above and beyond.

Carlos was exactly on time for the appointment and very professional. He walked me through everything that was going to happen and showed me what he was seeing through the drain

Needed to get my furnace serviced. Was easy to call and set up an appointment, they were even able to come a day early. The technician Joe did an awesome job and was super friendly. I then had some follow up questions and spoke to Tony Sheehan who was extremely helpful. The whole team went above and beyond!
