I’ve used Rex’s plumbing twice for my business in the past week (for different purposes) and they were amazing each time. Tyler did such a thorough consultation and estimate. I knew exactly what the plan was and there wasn’t any surprises. He was very professional and kind. Tyler and Jose ended up doing both of the jobs I needed done and they did a great job! They went above and beyond and kept me in the loop about everything. They were both so kind and helpful. I’m incredibly impressed and grateful. I highly recommend them and I will definitely be using them again in the future!

We had Terra out today for a concern with our hot water heater. She did an excellent job assessing the issue, and suggesting some solutions, rather than just saying we needed to replace the unit. We had several companies out, and Rex (and Terra) were the one to suggest a valid fix rather than replacing the unit for thousands of dollars. Terra showed up, said she would investigate some solutions, and actually came back with another technician to assess and see what can be done. Top notch customer service! I was beyond impressed. This is the 2nd time we have used Rex's Plumbing and Heating, and have been extremely pleased with their service, quality of work, and price. They are definitely competitively priced, and provide great service. Highly recommend reaching out to them for your next need!

Review from when they came to my business a few months ago :A real person answered the phone quickly and someone was available that very day. They arrived early and, despite it being a difficult problem, quickly got the part and fixed it well. Excellent friendly, fast service!

And review from Terra coming to my home today: they were able to come within 24 hours and she was incredibly kind and very knowledgeable. She was definitely a professional and gave a lot of advice, felt like I could trust her.

Rex‘s Plumbing came out to my house, quickly gave me an estimate, scheduled the service and completed the job on schedule.
The sewer line repair was in a difficult location and they took great care not to damage the house or surrounding Hardscape. I would definitely use them again when needed.

Arrival time was late, because if problem with earlier client. It was corrected as soon as I notified them. They sent another serviceman.
Problem was determined and explained. Set up warning alert so that problem could avoid any possible flooding.
What could have been a disaster became an explanation and means of avoiding future flooding in case of similar problem.

Fit me in for a same day appointment which I really appreciated so I didn’t have to take another day off. Job was done quickly and I was given some good points to help me in the future. Like that I was given a two year warranty.

I have left messages for other plumbers and my calls are never returned. Rex's always comes through for me and Terra is always a pleasure to work with.

On short notice was able to come out on a Friday within two hours to fix a leaking water pipe. Will definitely use again.

Kevin did an excellent job. He was professional and knowledgeable, and fixed two issues with my kitchen sink in the same call for a reasonable price. I asked him for a bid on the second issue during the appointment for the first issue, and he was able to fix the second issue during the same appointment because he already had all the needed parts with him. I highly recommend Rex's Plumbing. They are experts, they are well organized, and they care about their customers. It is a rare combination these days.

This was my second service call with Rex's this year. BOTH times when service folk came out, they were prompt, professional, explained things to me in terms I could understand, gave me a bid before starting work, and completed the job in a timely manner. I'm exceptionally happy with the work they did and can't recommend Tarra enough!! Additionally, the office staff is super friendly and thorough, too. Thank you all. You're my plumbing people!!!

Kevin and Shane spent all day removing my 3! old 30 gallon water heaters that were full of sediment, and installing a new tankless water heater. They were very professional and courteous.

As always Rex's plumbing does a great job! Kevin in particular is knowledgeable and skilled in solving problems! Diagnosed and offered a solution for our water heater in addition to the furnace work. Greatly appreciated!!

So very thankful for the quick service from Rex’s for a Friday morning emergency. Terra came out asap and took the time to make sure everything was fixed and cleaned and while it was not an ideal situation we are so happy we called and got it taken care of so quickly. Will def call again in the future with any plumbing questions or problems
