I just built a 6,700 sq ft building in Greeley and Mechanical Masters installed the plumbing. After the building was completed we were having having some backup problems with one of the toilet lines. When I spoke with Brent about it, he was laser focused on the problem until he figured it out. It turns out that after the piping was placed in the foundation the person packing the dirt over the piping caused it to become too level so the line wouldn't drain properly. Brent got a crew in and cut through the concrete and corrected the problem and restored everything in the building back to its' previous state. It looked like nothing ever happened. He even reimbursed me the cost of having plumbers come out and clear the line when it was plugging up! I've learned a lot through this building process and accountability has been an issue with some of the sub contractors, but not these guys. When something wasn't as it needed to be, Brent and his team made sure that it was right. Mechanical Masters is awesome. I would highly recommend them to anyone going through a building process that requires their services!
