I contacted Prime Time Pressure Washing about cleaning our stone patio. Cody got back to me quickly, sent a quote the next day and we scheduled the job. Cody arrived on time did a FANTASTIC job and my patio looks brand new. He is a pleasure to work with and I'll be calling him again.

I used Prime Time to clean the exterior of my house. They did a fantastic job. They even cleaned the gutters and tracks on my windows. Cody was really awesome to do this project quickly for us, considering we were getting the house painted and the contractors suggested we get our siding cleaned before it was painted. Cody was prompt and thorough in pressure washing our two garage floors and walls in the barn for a wedding we are having in them. He even did extra getting some paint we spilled off the floor. I would use precision pressure wash again.

Cody with Prime Time did a great job on my porch deck, railings, and stairs. He took his time, was very thorough, even washed my grill and some furniture. He restored the deck to its original condition. I couldn’t be more pleased with his work and I recommend him without reservation.

Excellent service, he was there when he said he would be. Cody called me the day before to confirm. Showed me the problem areas that would take extra work but Cody did not charge me for the additional work he was able to get it done.
Cody has a very good reputation here in Colorado. He was kind enough to take sometime to help me with another project that I could not move on my own.
