We have known Hector (Lance Landscaping) for many years. The company is reasonable,professional and timely. We recently had a sprinkler system installed, beautiful work. The crew was efficient and cleaned up the areas. We were very pleased with the timeline and the end result! We’re addicted, I’ve asked him for estimates to do some other landscaping on our property.

We have used Lance Landscaping for several large and complicated projects, to include a retaining wall, several dry stack stone walls, and the re-landscaping and leveling of our yard. We are in the foothills, and access to our home is tricky, which creates unique challenges, but Raul, the owner of Lance Landscaping, always finds a way to get it done. He and his crew are professional, and their work product is AMAZING. He exceeds our expectations on every job and we would highly recommend his services.

If we could give Lance Landscaping 10 stars we would. Raul was personable and professional. When we explained our project, he explained what would have to be done and also any risks involved. He brought by different rocks so we could decide and also photos of the large rocks (2) so we could choose what we wanted. His crew was efficient and hard workers. At the end of the first day, they cleaned up the area and also upon completion on the second day. We highly recommend Lance Landscaping. We will definitely use this company for any future projects.

We recently had our driveway replaced, Hector and his crew completed the demolition work, corrected the (lack of) rebar issue and poured cement with no disruption to our family or neighbors. We've used Lance Landscaping for several projects throughout the years and have been thoroughly pleased with the outcome (we keep coming back), all the projects have withstood nature's fury and are still in great shape today - if you want a job done correctly give Lance Landscaping a call, Hector is reliable, honest and hardworking, a true Godsend for sure!!

We hired Lance Landscaping and are so pleased with the experience. Raul truly cares about his business and is a real professional. Our backyard was a disaster because previous owners didn't do anything with it. Raul's staff went to work on it and it was so impressive!! Raul also advised, walked us through all processing of having to remove a dead tree and replace with a new one. He and the crew did a really great job and added a ring filled w/mulch to make it more attractive. Raul is friendly, patient, accepting of special needs/requests and stands by his work. Because of his dependability, we are already planning for more to be accomplished.

I called for sod removal and new sod on Friday at 8am, for scheduled for 11am. Raul was prompt at 11am and was very knowledgeable understanding and trustworthy. He advised work could possibly be done the next day or latest Monday. They were able to get it done the next day! Raul then came by to program the sprinkler system and advised he's always in the area and will drive by to check on the growth. I highly recommend Lance and already have referred Raul to a neighbor who moves on acreage land.

Deciding to have our yard renovated was a tough decision to go through. Besides knowing that it would be an expensive expenditure, there was the initial step in trying to find an honest and reliable contractor to do the work. We had 4 different contractors come to give us estimates. Only 3 of those contractors took the time to reply with estimates. Lance Landscaping’s proposal was in between the highest and lowest cost, but what really set Lance Landscaping apart from the other contractors was Raul. Raul was honest and upfront about what would be best for our yard in term of appearance, cost and longevity. I was dead set on having rock placed on the side of the garage. Raul suggested that we go with a flower garden with boulders. I was hesitant, but I agreed with his recommendation. Well, the flower garden is now the talk of the neighborhood. My wife beams with pride when talking about our yard now. So not only was Lance Landscaping definitely worth the price, but more importantly they completed all the work in a week’s time. As you can see from the pictures Lance Landscaping completely transformed our yard from looking like an abandoned weed infested yard to one where people literally stop their cars while driving by to take a closer look. We are so satisfied with Raul and Lance Landscaping that we can not wait to see what he does with our back yard later this year.

I tore out an old, rotting deck that surrounded my hot tub when I bought my home, but I was left with a messy area of dirt and pea gravel. I have gotten bids from many other local companies to find the best solution to make this area nice and really wanted a large concrete patio, but every person we got all had different ideas that all didn't sound good to me. Lots of shortcuts or even trying to significantly slope under the hot tub (which needs to be level). The more I looked into it, the more I found those companies even were full of fake reviews. I was ready to give up.

My last try was to contact Lance Landscaping to see about what other options there were and Raul told me not only can we get the concrete patio of my dreams, but he helped design and plan it. He was incredible every step of the way, even warning me when we had an issue with tree roots and advising me to reconsider the plan for that area. He helped me come up with an excellent solution that works great and also keeps the tree healthy.

Halfway through we even asked him to replace some of the grass and make a dog run area near the fence because we were so happy with the work and his team got it taken care of despite having to extend the job timing and came back to adjust the sprinklers multiple times as we learned what would work best for a challenging area. The project ended up looking better than I ever could have imagined and I finally have my beautiful back yard!

I would very highly recommend Lance Landscaping and Raul any day. We will be using them for all our future projects!

We feel very fortunate that we found Raul and his crew for our project which included new retaining walls, fencing, garden beds, new sod and irrigation. Raul the owner was amazing! He’s incredibly easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Lance Landscaping graded all of the dirt to the proper level, designed a beautiful layout with grass, rocks, and even added two trees. They also installed a brand-new fence and refreshed our existing one.

Lance Landscaping took down the tree in my front yard. It was dying and had already done some damage to the roof. Raul came out and gave me a very fair estimate. He and his crew worked quickly and efficiently. They then cleaned it all up to the point that if you did not know a tree was removed that day, you could not tell it. They had also previously installed a sprinkler system for me as well. I would recommend Raul for any of your landscaping needs. He and his crew are very professional, on time and very friendly.
