They were, very upfront, about the estimated initial costs (400-800), and, I accepted. However, in the processing they left out the high cost, pressure regulator and installed it without. This essentially bi-passed the whole system. Thus, it wasn't necessary. The foreman came out and said he would have the journeyman and apprentice do a temp. fix, and come back later for a full fix. The temp fix of flexible hosing was not done, and a new piece of copper rod was installed. Unfortunately, the foreman had not discussed with the journeyman that there was another regulator busted. Thus, their initial fix, did not work. So, another half hour later they get that back together. Then, potentially, because the pipes have been exposed so long, when the the new fix was opened, the pipes were frozen. They offered to use electrical heating. I asked the current price. "$350-400" quoted by the foreman over the phone. This is two hours of service. "How long will it take to do the heating," I asked the Journeyman and apprentice. "30 min" they said. So, I thought, $50-100 more. But, the final bill came out $640, for an unannounced $175 fee to connect a battery charger to the lines. Disgusted, because, they seemed nice people, but, they still used me by an unannounced fee.

I am retired and 180.00 dollars to unclog a kitchen drain was to much..sorry but the name Discount is not the right nane...Just telling it like i see it...😥😡 But in one Note...My tech. That came out was great..did a good job and was friendly. But like i said price was too high..xxxx 😢😡 Have a blessed Day🙏

Discount Plumbing and their team are nothing short of top notch. Their professionalism while handling peoples issues, most often during a stressful time of need, can't be understated. The plumber came to fix my shower and first he installed a new cylinder and that didn’t fix it. Then he installed a new valve and that didn’t fix it. Then he installed a new elbow and a copper pipe and that fixed it. I just don’t know why I had to pay for new parts that didn’t fix the problem. The job cost me $800. Doing the trial and error thing could get expensive. A plumber could try numerous things and just keep a running total.

The plumber who came to my house was prompt, professional, friendly and competent. He did the job quickly and at the agreed upon price. I will recommend them and use them again.

Excellent service! Fair pricing considering it was an emergency and a weekend! Very professional. Notified them of the issue with our hot water heater, and was there in the time it took to get a new one picked up. Definitely recommend these guys to anyone who needs a quality plumber!

What a great company. My wife and I had a leak in our basement bathroom and Mike was the only plumber that we called to pick up the phone and send a guy out to give us an assessment. His crew is very considerate and professional and took the time to explain everything that they did. My experience with Mike and his guys was incredible! We were without heat and hot water because of a gas leak right before thanksgiving, and I have three small children. They got us in and showed up and really saved the day. They are honest, reasonable, and did an amazing job. I cannot even express what a great company this is. They have a customer for life!!

Mike was professional and quick to respond. The rate was fair and they were able to immediately fix something more complicated than I assumed it would be. I am glad for their expertise on pipe and sewer work and would definitely use them again for home plumbing services.

I am so grateful I found Discount Plumbing! The pump in my septic went out and I was desperately looking for someone. They did a beautiful job, were very nice, and honest. They gave me a more than fair price for the gross job. They went above and beyond to get us back up and running. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! These guys are wonderful! I know who I will be using for all my plumbing and septic needs from now on.
