Bro these guys are more help than our maintenance in our apartment complex. Our maintenance guy didn't want to do the extra work when DK's way of doing it would've been much faster and better. The boys that were coming in our apartment to check our bathroom were so nice, responsive, and professional! I really recommend. These guys are seriously amazing.

After experiencing a water leak from our fridge, DK was called by our insurance company to clean up water in our kitchen and basement. We were met with a very professional crew who came out, did their work and made sure our home was as dry as possible, even though the fridge was still leaking. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has a similar event happen. DK left machines to suck up excess water in the floorboards, and dry our basement and subfloors for 3 days. Very impressed with their work! Thank you DK....

After a house fire my insurance company paid their "Approved Vendor" DK Construction to rebuild my home. At first they had their appointed project manager meet me to go over details. He was for some reason no longer with the company and it took roughly 3months for them to contact me with no knowledge of what was going on... then the whole house Took over 1.5yrs to complete and 2 months past their deadline. Upon moving back home I noticed many issues and still am waiting for this company to resolve some of these problems. For example the kitchen sink leaked all over. I have linoleum that contains asbestos under the carpet going down my stairs and they were paid and supposed to remove the asbestos but did not. Still awaiting the removal of asbestos and installation of carpet on the stairs.The shower didn't produce hot water and leaked in my basement. The sewer main was supposedly "scoped with a camera" but somehow they missed a big clog which in turn caused the sewer to back up into the house. I called them about this issue immediately and they took a few days to even come out. I continue to wait for them to fasten my kitchen countertop down and install my ceiling fans. The list continues but as you can tell

I AM VERY UPSET with the overall job they did! I do not recommend this company to any based on them being unproffesional, bad communication about repairs, poor work quality, not on time with deadline etc.

Learn from my mistake, Take your business elsewhere!

This company must have really turned stuff around. The crew was great, they informed me of any delay due to weather and let me know when they could continue with the painting and repairs to me home. They did a great job with my house, they fixed everything that needed to be fixed, walked me through everything they were doing and let me make informed decisions about the transformation of the outside of my home before they did anything. After everything was done they made sure that the work was done to my satisfaction. The crew was great and communicated everything to me without me having to bother or pester them for updates. This is the company that I will definitely keep in mind for future repairs to my home. I had a great experience with them!

After two water losses within a week, we had a pretty significant amount of damage to address. Austin, Tim, and Ray were friendly, detailed, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. Even when there was an occasional issue (which will happen on a large project), they were quick to respond and make sure it was addressed. Austin even came in on his own time over Labor Day weekend to make sure we were taken care of! That’s exceptional customer service and something you won’t find many places! If you find yourself in a similar situation, I highly recommend giving DK a call!

Aaron with DK Konstruction has been amazing to work with. During the mitigation phase of the flooding and roof leak dry out and demo he communicated with me regularly. Exceptionally hard working, reliable, and professional. I highly recommend Aaron and DK Konstruction!

The A Team Jesse and Frank, have been wonderful to work with. They work really hard and do quality work!! When they are working I don’t have any concerns about how things will get done because I know they will do a superb job!!!

Phenomenal company, Dallas specifically has always been on point. I am a maintenance supervisor for an Apartment Complex here in the Springs and if you have a pipe burst or sewer back up at 2AM they are there in a half hour to an hour max from call to arrival. I have used them for mold abatement and put back, excellent work across the board. Very good company well staffed and most importantly reliable.

DK did an amazing job on our mold remediation. The crew was amazing they really showed care to our home and belongings they carefully plastic wrapped the work areas to eliminate dust and dirt from getting into our home. They were fast and through. 10/10 thank you DK Konstruction
