I'm not typically one to leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my positive experience with Comfort Masters HVAC Repair. I had a slot scheduled for my AC to be evaluated and fixed between 8am-12pm, and was pleasantly surprised when Ruben, the technician, contacted me just before 8am to let me know he was on his way. Upon arrival, Ruben conducted a thorough inspection of my AC and discovered a potential issue with a fuse. He promptly replaced it and tested the system. It functioned for a short time before shutting off. Not deterred, Ruben continued to investigate and identified the problem with the module. Initially, the module he installed was incorrect, which made me fear that my AC system would remain broken. However, Ruben had another module in his van, and it was a perfect fit. We turned the AC back on, and to my relief, it started to cool my home again in Fountain! I am genuinely impressed with Ruben's work ethic and perseverance in ensuring the job was done right. I had a previous experience with another HVAC company whose technician insisted that repair was not an option and tried to pressure me into buying a new system. So, Ruben's honesty about the issue and his clear communication about the steps he took to resolve it were incredibly refreshing. I am truly appreciative of his efforts.
