CONSUMER BEWARE!!! I contacted Comfort Worx LLC back in 2019 for a new furnace and central air Systems. Both cost just a little under 9 grand fine went with him. But we are just pushing 3 years in and our air conditioner it’s working ? Already ? He did mention that we should’ve purchased his maintenance plan because he won’t help you if you don’t purchase it and unfortunately found out the truth . When I purchase high dollar appliances I expect them to last over five years. After Doing some research Comfort Worx put the cheapest air conditioner unit that just barely made it within 50 mile radius. ‘ another words the cheapest unit he could find’ In his pricing he doesn’t include the copper tubing that needs to be flushed or replaced whenever you put a new air conditioner unit in looked on YouTube they failed to do that so now there’s a leak a slow leak so he quoted us $900 we were currently purchasing a home warranty service so we could not get back to him right away. So It took like a month and they deny us because that should’ve been replaced on the unit when the new system was put in. It’s amazing how people blatantly lie right in your face. definitely wasn’t looking out for the best value for the customer that’s what I get for trusting people .Update! October 26, 2022 So I had other HVAC people come out and it wasn’t the pipe at all that was bad so he would’ve replaced that and it still would’ve had the same problem. So the coils inside the furnace unit that is bad. So I paid him nine grand for a brand new furnace and central air and Comfort work put the equivalent of a Coleman unit which is low end of quality so he pocketed most of the money he didn’t look out for the customers best interest ! So my central air unit only lasted three years brand new because they put a cheapest unit he could find in!

Seth was professional and knowledgeable when installing our new furnace with central air. We were replacing an ancient 1969 furnace and 1980 swamp cooler. Seth’s estimate on how many days it would take to install was spot on. Very happy with the cost and quality of equipment. Also hired him to clean our two fire places. Very pleased with his work. We will only use Comfort WORX from now on.
