What a great experience working with 5280 Landscaping. They gave us the backyard of our dreams while working within our budget.

My apologies, I totally made a mistake and had the wrong business in my previous post. Eric is a great guy and does phenomenal work!

Excellent job snowplowing our driveway on short notice. Extremely courteous and helpful conversation and prompt efficient work! Would highly recommend them for a job well done!

Had Eric do a project for me and everything went as planned and ahead of schedule. Highly recommend them and will be using them again.

I wish I could write a full review but Eric never showed up for the appointment we scheduled. After several un-returned messages I felt compelled to write this review. Even if he were to come out I would be concerned if I ever had an issue with the work he would be no where to be found.

I spoke to them about maintenance work on my hedges and trees and they indicated that they were interested in performing the work, They instructed me to send them pictures along with my address which I promptly did. Unfortunately, they never responded to my two texts or voice mail to schedule an appointment.

Rip out and put in a new patio for us! We love it so much. Eric and the crew are easy to work with, Trustworthy, in and out, and actually just fun to do business with all smiles! 😃

We had a problem with our sprinklers this past summer and we were referred to 5280. Eric was at our house that day and our sprinkler was fixed within minutes. While he was here we asked about a project we wanted done this summer and the quote was lower than what we were expecting it to be. Thank you 5280!!

After paying the owner of this company, Eric Fisher half the money quoted to remodel a small jr suite bathroom, 4 days later he sent a friend to demo the bathroom, working only 2-4hrs a day it took him 2 days to complete demo and the following week he replaced the drywall. Now my 3-5 day project has taken 2 weeks..... the worse part is Eric never showed up .... after 2 months of not having use of this bathroom for daughter and her husband and 2 school children (the 4 of them used 1 bathroom) Eric informed me he is walking away from the project and refused to refund my full deposit stating he did at least that much work..... didn’t matter to him I am on fixed income scheduled for surgery and now needed to find another contractor to complete this remodel.
This is the way I was treated by a local business owner.... they steal your money, lie to you then ignore your calls, emails and text ... very disappointed in this owner of a local business

Oh and did I mention that because I was having my great granddaughters 1st birthday party at our house I had to arrange and pay for someone to hall away all debris that was placed in our garage after demo because Eric could not be bothered to uphold his promise to haul it away before the party.... not that the project was to be complete 2 weeks earlier..... this is how the one star customers were treated while he was working on projects for those of you that gave him 5 stars..... 🤬

Well....where should I start? 2 years ago we had Eric & his team do our back yard. They did great! Now! We have issues. Actually have had them. We went from one paver coming out to now 10! We can't have people over because we're afraid someone will get hurt. Our half moon stairs are pulling away from our house. I have called EVERY DAY for TWO WEEKS to get these problems resolved. STILL no call back! Even my husband has called. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Won't recommend them to anyone else like I did in the past. If they have such a problem getting back to people either hire someone to take calls or answer the DAMN PHONE!

Eric stated a plumber would be installing our gasline to the outdoor fire pit he was installing. He did not use a plumber or seek a permit as required. We asked for the plumber’s paper work at the end of the job to learn that he did it himself. We had to have a plumber come fix his work as we had a gas leak. That is only one issue of many.

For the first time ever, I had an irrigation system put in for my vegetable and flower garden. It was the best thing I've ever done. I didn't have to go out daily to water and an just sit back and enjoy the fruits of my labor without the watering. 5280 did a great job! They were fast with installation and so easy to work with. 5280 Landscaping and Design is a great landscaping company in Castle Rock, Colorado. They are super reliable and honest and do a terrific job with all services. We've used them for creating amazing flower beds, servicing our sprinklers and are considering building a deck. If we do move forward with the deck, we will definitely use them. Their prices are really fair and their service is outstanding.

I called Eric and he was quick to respond and we met at my property to discuss the work I needed done. Have not heard from him since with any kind of estimate. Two phone messages and once I even spoke with him on the phone "I'll send you an email right away". Nothing.

Can't believe all of these great reviews and I can't even get him to return a call with a bid (a no bid is perfectly acceptable). Very disappointed.

5280 is awesome. Eric the owner really know's his craft. He was very timely with his response and prices are much better than what I have seen with other landscaping companies. We will definitely continue to use and refer 5280 landscaping for future projects.

We have tried so many times to get a response from this company regarding warranty work, but Eric has not responded to emails, texts or phone calls. Now my elderly father is stuck with dead trees and plants and we are past the warranty period. I feel he has taken advantage of a 90 year old man. I see that this company has multiple complaints regarding their lack of response to their customers, once they get their money. Shame!

Eric and his crew turned a steep slope at the front of our house into nicely terraced area. We liked the first work they did and had them come back. They put the finishing touch on the project. Finished on time and reasonably cost.

I found the best landscaping company in Castle Rock, yaaaaaay! The owner, Eric, is such a nice guy and very talented. Unlike many other landscapers I called, he returned my call quickly, came out to consult with me and provided a bid back within days. His prices were really good and the referrals I spoke with had great things to say about him. He's redone my front yard (which I now love) and also done fall cleanups and sprinkler repair/service for me. If you’re looking for an honest and reliable landscaper, you should give them a call!!
