Constraction reviews in Frederick, Colorado

My wife and I have been homeowners for more than 20 years in three different states. Never in all that time have we had nearly the great experience with a contractor as we just had with Mike Wolf, his crew, and his company, Wolf Construction!! We needed three pillars supporting an addition to our home (added by a prior owner) refurbished. The entire process, from Mike's visit to provide an estimate, to the craftsman-like quality of the work, to the spotless clean-up, to the easy online invoicing and payment process was simply outstanding. No surprises, everything completed ahead of schedule, and no-hassle accommodation of a last minute request for a change in electrical configuration (at no extra charge) and all at a fair price. For as long as we live in this area we will never work with any other contractor!!

Colorado's best in remodeling, construction and repairs. We have had WCG come out 3 times now and they are always on time, on budget and professional. Plus their workmanship is superior! Thanks guys!

I have had a great experience with Wolf Construction Group. While they were remodeling my basement I found a completely separate leak up on the top floor and they dropped what they were doing to help us figure it out ASAP. Basement looks great and roof leak is fixed! Mike is great to work with. He is professional, friendly, and always gets it done. Highly recommended.

Our construction project was four months delayed before Mike Wolfe came on board. And in one month he got things back on track, continually acting professionally, kind and understanding even when dealing with nightmare warranty work. There never was a day that he didn’t show up professionally, which allowed me to feel seen And my struggles, safe, Knowing the work would get done and held in a very intense project.

I would recommend him for any house remodeling, or new builds In a heartbeat! You can’t go wrong with Wolfe construction

It has been such an easy and wonderful experience to work with Mike and team. He is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and really epitomizes dependable. ex. While Mike was working on my rental property, the water pipes burst during the cold freeze on both floors of a different home. He ran over, contained the situation, prevented further damage and mobilized his team to repair this home - WHILE continuing with the original remodel project. He was there when I needed him!! I am incredibly happy with his work and reasonable costs and will continue to work with him in the future.

Mike w/ Wolf Construction Group and his contractors are amazing!
Mike fought hard to get the permits pushed through all the red tape (can’t hurry the county as much as you’d like to), and he had many “talks” with Mother Nature to cooperate so we could get our addition done (again, can’t tell Mother Nature that you needed concrete poured yesterday or that the roof was just completed hours before the hail).
Mike always took the time to answer ALL of our questions (no matter how many times I asked the same question). The contractors were very friendly, prompt, and worked very hard.
If we need any other building or improvements, Wolf Construction Group will be who we will call.

Mike Wolf and his team are wonderful. At the beginning of Covid we had found out that we had termites. We didn’t even know termites existed in Colorado. Mike gave us a reasonable bid for tearing out two walls replacing them re-drywalling and taking care of the house in general down there. The work was immaculate. His team cleaned up every time after they were done before leaving for the evening. I have invited him back to redo a bathroom at roughly half the price of what the big box stores bid on the job. My wife and I highly recommend the Wolf team for their professionalism, their courtesy to our time schedule and our house. It is worth having them out to give a bid so you can see why they stand out from a Price standpoint.

Awesome company! I was in a time crunch and Mike had contractors out to my house for all projects I needed in such short notice! They worked fast and efficiently, very professional and most importantly they were AFFORDABLE. Lots of companies out there just trying to take you for every penny, not Wolf Construction! Mike really does work with you and does what he can to get the job done! I would absolutely recommend them!!!! 100% satisfaction guaranteed!

I'm very particular when it comes to selecting general contractors to do work on my house. I expect them to be on time, have the right pricing, and do a very good job and of course clean up after the work is done.
For this particular project, I couldn't have been luckier than working with Mike with Wolf Construction LLC. Mike was always on time for every appointment and he not only showed up at the right time and did a great job, but he also left our place cleaner than when he found it. I would recommend Wolf construction to anyone to wants to use an honest and awesome general contractor.

We had a big project at our home that included flooring, putting in a new wall, remodeling a kitchen and more. Mike and the team were great to work with, could do everything and worked within our budget. When we were pricing it out, Wolf Construction had by far the best price and did great work. Mike is proactive in communicating and returns calls and texts quickly. We would definitely work with them again for future projects.

We recently completed a kitchen remodel with Mike Wolf and Wolf Construction. Mike was highly responsive throughout the entire project and was great at providing explanations whenever we had questions. The project took longer than we all initially anticipated, but Mike and crew did a really good job of working around backorder issues and all of the chaos related to doing a remodel during a global pandemic. His crew were also great on-site and the kitchen turned out beautifully! Thank you!

We used Wolf Construction for a full basement remodel (1 bathroom & 2 other rooms). The project was fully completed in 10 weeks which was 2 weeks ahead of schedule and the speed blew us away!! Mike was very communicative and great to work with throughout. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and customer service through the final design and punch list stages. Everything looks great and we were able to collaborate on some creative solutions to keep costs down but keep quality up at the same time. Overall we are really happy and would definitely recommend Wolf Construction for your remodel!!

I am the owner of a local engineering company and thoroughly enjoy working with Wolf Construction Group. Not all contractors are created equal and Wolf is a cut above the rest. They are honest, priced competitively, and they perform excellent work. I highly recommend them for your next project.

Highly recommend Wolf Construction! Mike and his team have been fantastic. From the beginning Mike has been super responsive and handled everything we threw at him. He’s worked on our three rental properties - including extensive plumbing, electrical, roofing, HVAC, painting, foundation, concrete, etc. We have yet to find something he can’t do. All work is top quality and at a fair price. We will use Wolf Construction for our future projects.

Mike and the entire team did an amazing job with our extended roof to create a cover patio. We couldn’t be happy with the finish project.

We used Wolf Construction to a kitchen remodel and new flooring. They did an excellent job! Mike was super easy to work with. Very straight forward and very reasonable priced. We were originally going to use Home Depot, but was having some problems and wanted a second option. Mike came right away, gave and estimate (which came in much lower) and got to work immediately. Our job was even completed 2 weeks early! We highly recommend Wolf Construction Group and will definitely use them again for future projects.

Wolf Construction came out to do our floors and install cabinets last month and WOW! These guys we're on time everyday, did the job extremely well and we're really great people!

We were referred to Wolf Construction Group from our architect for a large-scale renovation and it has been an absolute pleasure to work with them!

Mike and his team are organized, on schedule (even ahead at times), solutions-oriented, communicative, creative and personable. If there was a problem, they didn't come to us until they had a few solutions and options.

From the painters to the tile work to the clean up - everyone was very professional and excellent at their craft.

I really can't say enough good things about Mike, Wolf Construction and his workers. The guys who built the deck were wonderful. They came in the morning and even though it was in the 90's that day finished my 12x12 deck with a top boards and posts to hang plants and wind chimes from in one day. AND IT IS PERFECCT. Blue and Brady did the skirting and also helped me with adding steps and railing to my existing porch at no extra expense. They moved my heavy glider onto the porch and were so kind. They were ALL amazing and so helpful. I will enjoy my deck and extra steps and remember the amazing men who built it and helped me. You can't go wrong hiring Wolf Construction group!

I selected Wolf Construction Group based on price and my need to better understand the entire process and they offered an itemized quote for a tenant finish project. This was my first experience with any general contractor, I found Mike to be easy to communicate with and responsive to my questions and needs. He worked with me so that I could tackle some of the basic parts of the build out that did not require a technical background and kept cost down. He met the quoted timeline so we were able to get our certificate of occupancy and open on time as planned. Personally, I did not enjoy the build out, needs arise and costs go up, but it was important to me to have a partner who I knew I could get a hold of and come up with the best solution to move forward as quickly as possible. I appreciate Wolf Construction Group and all of their subcontractors help in getting the project done.

I had my downstairs bathroom remoldeled. They did an amazing job from start to finish. The project started on time and was completed on time! The guys cleaned up after everyday! You won't be sorry if you hire them, they are also very reasonable on their prices!
