Great place to buy all my electrical supplies. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Great service. I do miss the donuts and bagels on Friday morning.

These guys don’t have quite the selection you’d find in Denver, but who has time to run down the mountain to find parts for that job that you’re in the middle of? I’m glad to have a real electrical supply in the county that carries better tools and materials than the big box stores and costs MUCH less than the local hardware stores. The guys that man the ship here are very helpful and knowledgeable. Small town service at its finest.

Edit: Trey did rectify the situation, so I am adjusting my review from 1 to 3 stars. The only reason I am keeping the rating at 3 stars is because the fixes from Trey do not negate how unsafe I felt being aggressively followed out of the store by the rogue employee.

Bad advice, sold us the wrong items, and gave me a lecture when trying to return the incorrect item. They also treated my contractor like crap when he tried to get them to fix the issue and this company tried to make me leave work in the middle of the day with no notice to fix their mistake. God forbid a customer be annoyed when she was sold the expensive and incorrect product that requires 3 hours of driving to rectify while still charging me a 15% penalty fee for their mistake. Not ok, not cool, not the way for a "mom and pop" shop to keep customers. Oh, and the employee yelled a lecture at me as I was leaving. Terrible customer service.

Being open on a Saturday really helps us tradesmen out. Definitely use this place for all your electrical needs if they don’t have it, they can find somebody that does. Staff is well knowledgeable.

All the people here have been great minus one individual. Did not get her name but dark hair with glasses needs to either be trained on her customer service skills & or find a new job. She did not care to help us or help another individual who was looking for a specific item that was in the main room. We ended up helping the man find what he needed since she did not want to move behind the counter. It VERY much felt as if we were bothering her while she was clocked in. Next time we come in & she’s working, we will be turning around & finding service somewhere else.
