this ac repair service is fantastic! roman and cory were the two technicians who came to my house and replaced my old ac unit. they got right to work and knew exactly what to do. they worked together really well and finished the job quickly. other techs have sometimes made me uneasy, but these two made me feel really comfortable and confident in their work. from now on, i’ll always call them for any of my hvac needs and you should too! also, a big thanks to ezekiel from the office for always being honest and helpful.

I have to say, I’ve never met such great people as I have with Comfort Masters Heating & Air Conditioning. Roman came out to give me an estimate after I had another company clean and service my AC unit. That company told me everything was fine, but when I turned on my air conditioner, it barely cooled, and by the next morning it was over 90 degrees inside. I rely on oxygen 24/7, so the heat is really tough for me. When I called the other company back, they suddenly said my AC coil had holes and needed to be replaced for $8,000–$10,000! I decided to call Comfort Masters Heating & Air Conditioning and one other place for quotes. Roman came out, and before leaving, asked if their tech, Ezekiel, could also check my unit. Ezekiel arrived when I got home and was already adding refrigerant. He found a small leak in the coil, but said it wasn’t enough to keep the system from cooling as long as it had freon. It’s been almost a week now, and my place has stayed cool even with the really high temperatures. Roman even called to check if everything was still working, even before I had agreed to their bid. That kind of care and attention really won me over. I’m definitely going with them—they made sure I stayed safe and cool until they can install the new part. Amazing service—trustworthy, honest, and truly caring! Highly appreciated and highly recommend.
