Great service. This Cleaning service is excellent and admin team are very responsive. I am really happy with their service. I would definitely recommended this company.

I tried calling Glendale Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning multiple times. Nobody answered, and it took me to a voicemail box that hasn't been set up. Furthermore, this business doesn't have an address listed on Google. All signs indicate that this is a fraudulent business entry.

I was disappointed when I ask employee about power-assist toilets. None are displayed. That I would have to rely on photo, description at Home Depot website.

Good service 😊🙂

Typical home depot, out of everything I needed.

Worst customer service

Had a really hard time finding someone to ask questions. And then didn't seem to know...
-
This store is always running out of stock on so many things, poor management.

Pretty much the same as other home depot's been to one you pretty much been to all

I saw drive in pharmacy on south side, so, parked nr there. However, all OTC medications were on north side of building.

Just as awful a home depot as any other. Entire store constantly in disarray. Cant get to anything between the mobile stairs, closed isles, and pallets struwn everywhere to the point of not being able to get a single cart down an isle without going around. If they hadn't ran every decent lumber/hardware store out of business I wouldnt shop there.

Actively looked for someone to help me for over 30 minutes before I gave up and left. I’ll drive the extra distance to Ace Hardware. Gave it two stars because the store seemed clean and well stocked.

"Rapid Install" carpet install is not truly 7 days from start to finish - more along the lines of 21-28 days. Some employees do not have the correct information. Step 1 - you choose the carpet and pad in the store, schedule measurement day, and pay $50 for measurement. You walk away with an estimate. Step 2 - they measure your space, give you a true price, you pay the balance minus $50 previously paid. Step 3 - they call you to let you to schedule install. The carpet is ordered from a 3rd party and shipped in 7 days, then install is based on the local installer's schedule. So, they install the carpet within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

Got what I needed with some in store help! Thank you home depot employee for pointing me in the direction of some cheaper trash bags!

Should have read the reviews first. After 4 months of trying to spend several thousand dollars on a home improvement project, gave up and ask for my money back. The people individually are good, but lack of training and leadership; possibly understaffed store, cause them to struggle at simple customer service tasks. Multiple trips to do what should be accomplished in one trip; multiple phone calls to prod and plead for help; unprofessional installers... Just don't go here. How disappointing!

Connie (flooring/ blinds) did an excellent job (Glendale Colorado store). She went over and beyond my expectations. In addition, the installers did an excellent job. I am amazed at how well Home Depot takes care of their customers and how proud they are to do so. Thank you.

There's a chubby creepy half bald loss prevention dude following me around, just doing his job. Because of that, I shop in fear. If this is happening to anyone else, write the reviews.
Homedepot delivery locker takes the standard 3-5 days, which is helpful for online orders. Assisstance with lumber, and loading heavy furniture is exceptional from the helpers. Home improvement has so many specialties that most associates wouldn't be able to help, such as electric components. Overall, services could improve if associates had the experiences. -
If I could give zero stars, I would. This was my first experience, and it was absolutely terrible.
The manager, Alex, was polite, but it took far too long for him to come to customer service, which only added to the frustration.
The older man at customer service with short white hair (I didn’t get his name) was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. He repeatedly accused us of lying about having $200 in store credit and even claimed he had already given us the credit on a return card — which was not true. We were never given any store credit. All we received was the receipt and our ID back. No card. No credit. Nothing.
Instead of helping, he argued with us and talked over us. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. I left feeling angry, disrespected, and extremely frustrated. I will not be returning. -
Kyle and Brantley did a fantastic job and really know their stuff when it comes to hydronic systems and hot-water boilers. I recently moved to Glendale and found that most plumbers around here don’t really understand hydronics. I had a bad experience with another big repair company that said they could handle my boiler, but they clearly weren’t qualified. When I finally called around, I learned there are only a few plumbers in Glendale who are actually certified to work on my type of boiler. This plumbing company was able to send someone out quickly—within two days for regular maintenance, and even the same day when I had an emergency. There was a small issue with the bill, but it got sorted out right away. I’m really happy with their service. Their parts and labor costs are on the higher side, but for plumbers who actually know what they’re doing, it’s worth it. I’ll use them again and definitely recommend them to friends and family.
