The service I received when my refrigerator did not work was just wonderful. Daniel fit me in the next day, replaced the fan motor which was the problem and was professional and efficient in every way - he is an A-1 technician in every way. I definitely recommend American Appliance. This is the second time we have had David Espinosa from American Appliance come for different appliances, the first time a dish washer and this time our microwave. Each time he has been timely, and he has quickly and effectively diagnosed the issue. He clearly knew the appliances and their "frailties." He even had the replacement part needed for the microwave with him as he had figured out the issue just from the description of the problem.

I have been struggling with the constant change in service men and the advice given.

American Appliance provided 5 Star Service from the time I called them to service my Wolf wall microwave and wall oven. They offered me a service time that was both quick and meeting my schedule needs. I was sent a follow-up confirmation for my service call, along with a reminder a couple of days before. And then my service technician, Tyler, called to let me know he was on his way; on time per our scheduled appointment. Tyler turned out to be one of the most professional technicians I’ve ever had the pleasure of servicing our appliances. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. He went about his business immediately and explained everything he was doing to respond to my service needs. All work was complete in a timely manner and according to our agreement before he started work. Tyler then explained their parts and labor warranty before presenting an invoice on his electronic device. Again, this was a very pleasant experience; a rarity these days, and one which leads me to highly recommend American Appliance for your Wolf or Sub Zero appliance needs.
