Sherpa Landscaping was a breath of fresh air compared to other companies we’ve hired in the past for other projects (and regretted). We woukd hire Shirpa again without hesitation. Love the new retaining wall and fence—Thank you Sherpa Landscaping!

As an architect concerned about an industry too often devoid of craft and care, Sherpa Landscaping is an exception. They constructed two retaining walls for this project, each with distinct character and demonstrating qualities that I highly value. They were resourceful by utilizing tons of boulders on site to build the lower, long wall; they were meticulous in assembling the impressively tall, quarried stone, upper wall.

It is said that construction projects must compromise between time, cost and quality - Sherpa Landscaping seems to have optimized this balance and I look forward to working with them again.

Sherpa Landscaping did an absolutely phenomenal job rebuilding retaining walls, installing drip irrigation, garden walkways and beautiful plants, at our home. What's more amazing, they hit their time and cost estimate on the nose. The crew was just great to have onsite. I can't remember a time I've been more delighted.

One of the most pleasant contracting experiences we have had! Professional, reliable, great communication, hard working, responsive to small changes, attentive to details, all done with a smile! They are stone artisans! Lhakpa was very helpful with our design and has an artistic eye. His crew could not have worked harder, or been nicer! We are already planning to work with them on more projects without hesitation. But call in January , or earlier, to get on their summer schedule!

Sherpa did an amazing job replacing the failing wood retaining walls with dry stacked stone. They look amazing and they were super responsive to our questions and concerns. They were easy to work with and helped us figure out many of the small details.

Sherpa did our backyard this summer and we were extremely pleased. The quality of the craftsmanship was top notch. We had a mess of a backyard after the construction of our ADU and they created a two beautiful retaining walls, a flagstone patio and walkway, French drain, and graded the property ready for artificial turf. They showed up when they said they were going to. The pace of the project was on schedule and even a bit faster than they predicted. Their crew were all great and respectful gentlemen. And they had no problem fixing any minor issues that we had. The end product was not only what we had envisioned but was also one of the lowest bids we received. I would be happy to give them a personal recommendation.

Working with Sherpa was an absolute pleasure from project conception, estimate and installation. We will 100% ask them to do our next project! We cannot say enough nice things about their professionalism and quality of work.

We had a rock wall the width of our property holding back South Table Mountain that was crumbling. Sherpa Landscaping did a phenomenal job with all phases of this project from start to finish. They physically removed and rebuilt these walls with their hands touching every single rock and boulder... no help of machines. We were in awe of their skill and work ethic. They were respectful as they addressed any issues (there weren't many) or questions that arose during this record two week project. We would hire them again in a flash. We look forward to enjoying Chia tea and many gatherings to come in our beautiful backyard. The craftsmanship and quality is second to none.

I first connected with William after my father passed away, during a time when I was living out of state and unable to manage my father’s property myself. The lawn and land quickly became overwhelming, to the point where the property started to look neglected despite the house being relatively new. I was even receiving unsolicited inquiries about home rehabilitation simply because of how overgrown everything had become.

He also has great connections for sourcing trees at reasonable prices.
One of the most impactful projects he helped with was clearing a pasture to prepare for new plantings, transforming the space into what will eventually become an “enchanted forest” instead of a barren pasture field.

Beyond his expertise, William is simply great to work with—friendly, easy to communicate with, and genuinely invested in the success of the project.
