Excellent, FAST response and courteous service by all. Tony and Jesus were first to arrive shortly after our call on Saturday. We had a water leak that has sprayed under house creating hardwood floor damage above. They quickly assessed extent of damage in and under house and set up dehydrating equipment and explaining and guiding us through the process, then returned next day, New Years Eve, to check on everything. Then Spencer arrived on Tuesday with great crew, Alex, Rubin and Jesus, who all worked hard and fast in crawl space to clean up and did a great job. Spencer reassured us through every step of the clean up, how they worked to remedy our situation. At all times we felt relieved and in good hands. Highly recommend ServPro!!!

I had cigarette/other smoke damage due to tenants. Didn’t know who to call - so glad I called Servpro. Quinn was very helpful and explained things well along the way. He listened to me and addressed the specific needs of the job exceptionally. He also worked around my schedule. I didn’t think it was possible to remove cigarette smoke odor this well. Could not be happier with the service itself and the customer service. I will certainly call Quinn again.

Bryce showed up at the team’s house. He was very knowledgeable on water mitigation although there was not enough water for us to have to call anybody he still stayed and walked our entire team through the process of how to get water out of the house. He also went over preventative measures.

We experienced a water damage event in our home in late April. The ServPro team from Golden has been outstanding from the start. Through demolition, treatment of joists, subfloor, flooring, carpeting, drywall….these guys do it all. Their communication and answering our questions were as professional as it gets. This is a team that goes above and beyond. We are so impressed with the first phase, that we are continuing with their reconstruction team as well. Spencer, Quinn, Bryce, Jesus and Alejandro have done such an amazing job to assess the damages, remediation, mitigation, and easing our minds with what has happened to our home.

I've deleted my first review. Not because of the team managers, because I still feel like Alex and Roberto did a good job. They kept us updated the whole 2 days they were in the home. So I hold nothing against the Team Leaders other then better communication between owners and workers. But billing and other things have transpired since they left our home and we are not happy with that side of things. Also our 300 dollar nest system was broken and instead of telling us, they left it for us to find, which I still have no heard back from servpro about anything our family questioned. There is alot more, but I'm waiting and giving them time for them to call and make things right..

After a massive flood in my basement I didn’t know what to do. Spencer and his crew (John, Mitchell, Alex, Ruben, and Jesus) came in and saved the day.

With excellent communication throughout the whole process, I was at ease the entire process. This team helped quickly dry and restore my home. Couldn’t recommend a better or more professional group of people to work within your home.

The restoration team came in as soon as we got to Florida. We are snowbirds so we didn’t come in until Oct 19, one week after hurricane Milton. The first day they identified the wet ares. They removed the soaked carpeting, covered furniture and promised to return the next day. When the crew came in they removed water soaked dry wall, a loveseat and chair that were wet. They covered our bed, tv, tables and lamps. The team worked quickly and cleaned up completely. Alex T the supervisor was wonderful. He explained the work before and after. I would recommend Servpro to anyone facing this problem. Thank you Alex and the team. I would rate them excellent

Luis, Alex U., and Jesus were excellent. Polite and courteous, the job ended up being a bit more intensive than originally scoped but they made sure to remove all the damage and did so quickly and efficiently, and with respect for my home (they laid down sheeting on all the floors and effectively contained the affected area).

While I hope to never have to need this type of repair again, Servepro would without a doubt be my first choice for mitigation services.

I've had the pleasure to work with John and his demolition team recently. They were very quick to respond to the call and showed up within the hour. I was unable to be home due to work while they did the demo. Upon returning home everything was completely spotless, you couldn't even tell that they did any work. That is the kind of work ethic and professionalism that every company should work by. An excellent example of where the standard should be. I gave 4 stars as I feel the communication could be better, as I had Equipment running in my home for much longer than I was initially told. Other than that I highly recommend this team for your water damage needs.

We had a water leak at our ski condo in Granby Ranch. Quinn, Cliff and Angelo were amazing. They were on site the day of and staid late that night getting all the gear set up. They kept us informed every step of the way and dealt directly with our homeowners insurance which was nice. Couldn’t recommend them more. Great team.

The Servpro Golden team did a really wonderful job with my house. Their timing was very fast, and their customer service and communication went above and beyond! They updated me every step of the way, and were so easy to work with. I had a mold issue in my home that required mitigation. They demo'd the ceiling and dried out an area that had an issue.

I highly recommend SERVPRO of Golden! Bryce and Angelo have been helping me and they have been fantastic. Angelo was very careful moving my items and cabinetry out of the way. Bryce has been reassuring and knowledgeable in a very stressful situation dealing with a misdiagnosed water leak. He lets you know when he's on his way and is there when he says he will be. They are very trustworthy and I would recommend this company for any of your restoration needs!

These guys are AWESOME!. They are totally professional, and resolved the issues quickly and efficiently. From the project manager to the lead to the crew they were all focused on customer service and making the very invasive process as comfortable as possible.

We had 2 separate problems. Our house had a chronic mold problem, and my dad's condo had an emergency due to a leaking shower. When we called about the emergency they were there within 90 min, and had everything drying out within an hour. The team lead and the crew knew exactly what to do.

For the chronic mold issue they carefully surveyed all the areas, and handed us an estimate in a day. They were able to complete all the work in 2 days! The final work is very high quality and we no longer have any mold concerns.
I give this company my HIGHEST recommendation.

A pipe burst two floors above our condo unit and we took the brunt of the water. It was horrific.

The SERVPRO team came the same day (thank goodness) and spent 12 days drying out the unit!

Quinn, Cliff and Angelo worked so hard - I really appreciated their professionalism, communication and extensive documentation so we could move onto the next steps of the process (rebuild) with relative ease. (I mean, as far as rebuilds go.)

They walked me through the process daily, as I was staying nearby and on-site to help move items and coordinate other vendors. I really appreciated being kept informed while they worked on mitigating the water damage.

I hope to never need SERVPRO's services again, but should the need arise, I know who to call!
