Shawn at B&J is terrific. He helped us with a water emergency after hours and solved the problem right away. B&J installed and maintains our well, cistern, pump and water system. I would highly recommend them.

Our furnace went out late Friday, contacted them via voicemail. It's now Wednesday and never heard back, found another contractor who is installing a new high efficiency furnace today. They should have at least responded

We had B & J Plumbing install 2 new boilers in our 12 unit condominium building. Our old ones were over 40 years old. Talmath was responsible for our job. He is a pleasure to work with. He is a dedicated craftsman who explained everything and helped us make some decisions on upgrades to our original bid. He and his crew showed up on-time and completed the job in the time frame expected. This is rare up in Grand County. I endorse B & J Plumbing and our building is now a life long customer.

These guys are awesome. Great personal service especially in winter when your “ freaking out” that your pipes will freeze. I highly recommend JB and Granby Heating for your needs in Grand County

Another great company in Grand County. These guys are always busy, even during the slow season. You will need to book your emergency at least two weeks in advance.

I hardly ever send out reviews, but JB at Granby Heating & Sheetmetal has gone way out of his way to help me with my boiler problem on Saturday evening. 5 STARS

J.B. went above and beyond for us on the weekend when we could not get the heat on. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, thorough, responsive, and kind the light the whole process. He got everything up and running and followed up to make sure it was still working the next day- we cannot thank him enough!!

We called them out to look into our chimney leaking water when it rains. We were never contacted about their scheduled visit. These guys have called at least 3 times trying to collect money for a service that was never performed. It has been over a year since we called them and they continue to harass us about some work they apparently did on our home...but have absolutely no proof of them coming out. No paperwork, not phone calls, no emails...just phone calls asking for money over a year later. Be careful with these guys!!! They are shady and will bill you for work never performed

I reached out over the weekend for an emergency situation where our heat and hot water were not working. JB was extremely helpful and was able to troubleshoot the issue remotely until being able to arrive in person and promptly fix the unit. Additionally, he went above and beyond with recommendations to avoid similar situations moving forward and provided guidance for us on a long-term maintenance plan to extend lifetime of the system. JB demonstrated his expertise and was communicative and professional throughout. I trust his judgement and his knowledge and look forward to continue working with him and the company in the future.

2 thumbs up. Fast service and very punctual. They even had the circuit board that was needed on the truck. 30 minutes in and out with problem fixed. They have a new customer with me. I had a complex gas fireplace issue and JB and his staff were so pleasant and helpful and they fixed our issue! This is a great, caring business owner. We’ll be using them every year to perform our gas fireplace and furnace maintenance. Thanks JB!!

Contacted via email, then called and talked with Amy, office manager. She was able to send a service technician out same day.

I highly recommend Granby Heating! We had a furnace go bad in January and JB and his guys installed a new Lennox furnace in two days. Our home has 18 foot ceilings that made the living room rather cool and our finished basement was also not getting much heat either. They recommended a furnace with a large, quiet oscillating fan that would mix the warmer Areas with the cool ones, it worked! They know their stuff and understand a sense of urgency!

We needed an igniter for our furnace at 5 on a Saturday. They found the part and went above and beyond what I expected. Amazing business!!!
