Gus from American Turf & Tree Care has been taking care of my maple tree for a few years now, and the difference is amazing. The tree is healthier and fuller than it’s been in a long time. Gus is knowledgeable, reliable, and always takes the time to explain what he’s doing. Highly recommend!

We had our first Mites service today. Gus, the Service Technician checked with us when he arrived and asked about our pest issue in our turf. Not only did Gus do what we asked he exceeded our request regarding areas to spray. He was very professional and did a great job. I drove up as Gus was performing the tree/shrub fertilization out front. He greeted me w a smile & saw I was having a little bit of a struggle getting out of the car (due to pulled hamstring). He asked if I needed help getting out of the vehicle. I thought that was so observant & considerate! You don't find someone going out of their way to help another very often these days. Gus did a wonderful job and I hope he is my technician again!

Gus came and treated our maple, it needed help. He was great! He was punctual, friendly, communicative, and knew what he was doing. We've worked with this company for years. American Turf & Tree Care has great people, I highly recommend them!

Very sad to leave a review like this. We put our full trust into this company. Hired them last year to help with keeping our lawn nice. As I’m unable to keep up. After they did the off turf weed control in our rocks, all my box elder bushes died. I had 7 of them we planted in 2018 after we built our home and landscaped yard. I have had to have them come back several times to respray areas that were missed. Grass usually won’t start turning green until mid May. I’ve had to call for them to re fertilize. Which they were always good at coming back to touch things up.
This summer has been a nightmare though. We had custom edging put in front yard in April. So we put new seedling patch in areas where the edging was placed, and a few bare spots in middle of lawn. American Turf technician came out and said he would spray the pre emergent and fertilizer around those areas, because it would kill any new seedling we have. After two weeks….. it was dying.
Lawn looked ok before he sprayed! Now we have several dead spots! When I try explaining my situation to Karan in the office, she always has excuses for what it is. Either I water too much. Don’t water enough. Or it’s neurotic ring. No! My lawn was killed and you can see the exact pattern where he sprayed and turned and avoided where seedling was at. Matt came out and looked, said technician over sprayed and killed the grass so he put revive down. Looking last night it’s completely dead, and now we have to pay to replace this grass and do the work ourselves. I’m very picky about my yard and put full trust in this company. My neighbors around me do nothing to their lawns, and they have nicer grass than us now.
I just wanted American Turf to understand my concerns. Karan literally told me that if I’m not happy to find someone else! Who would be happy? We went from a thick green lush lawn to all of this after hiring them. We tried giving them the benefit of the doubt and pre paid again this past winter for their services. My husband decided after Karan made that comment and they always have excuses why something is bad and never their fault, to part ways. Their bug spray also discolored our new white vinyl fence. They don’t think they did it. But you can literally see where they sprayed and fence turned brown. Matt is coming out to try and remove with acetone.
I know they make some lawns nice, and people are happy. But for some reason they just killed ours and Karan wasn’t very nice to us when we tried rectifying the problem. Which is a bad way to treat a customer, especially when we’ve referred others to them, and have many family members that started using them. I just hope they refund us and pay for the patch and top soil we’ve had to buy just to replace the grass. We never asked to be compensated for the lost shrubs and we just dug them all out.
This is just a review of our experience with this company. As stated, not a review that I enjoy leaving.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service today from Gus! I had a lot of questions regarding three different trees and he helped me with every one of them. He is friendly and kind with answering every concern I had. He has been treating my maple tree which had a disease and thank goodness it is still living and thriving!
Also, the office help is incredible. You can call anytime and they’ll call you back if they’re busy with somebody else and they’re just wonderful people to visit with and to help with all your questions.

Shout out to Jasiah for always looking after our landscaping and lawn. We started years back doing the pre-emergent weed control. That alone has saved my back with the lack of weeds throughout our rock bed. We then added liquid aeration. This one really brought our lawn to life (and saved my sprinkler heads). Even without adequate watering, the grass is lush and green by early May.

Budget Tree service came out and did a wonderful job
On our trees. The dead branches removed and the trees shaped back up. Also had 4 trees removed.
I would highly recommend them. Fast and efficient.

A good experience having my big trees pruned a bit. Estimators were on time and nice, trimmers were on time too and did a good job. They left minimal debris on the lawn and cleaned up nicely. Their equipment was good. They listened to my concerns and thoughts on what needed to be done, offering some good advice too.

BTS crew were awesome, executed all items of service that I had asked for and was well worth the price that was paid. My satisfaction was at a high level when Wilson showed me all the work that was done. I would highly recommend them as a reliable tree service.

Wilson and his crew came today to trim three trees and a bush at the front of the property. Now cars and trucks will be able to park without branches hitting them. The trees look so much better. I feel it is like a haircut for the trees. It was a professional service and I appreciate it. I will definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.

I thought I would write the first review since I own the company. Here at Budget Tree Service we will do everything possible to complete your project in a professional ,prompt and cost efficient way. We always work with our clients to keep cost as low as we can with the best desired results. If you ever wanted just a honest hardworking set of contractors on your property were those guys.

We had 2 trees totally removed from our yard and the crew did a great job. The work was done efficiently and cleanup was complete. I would definitely recommend Budget Tree Service and will probably call them again.

I cannot recommend Budget Tree Service enough.
I had two 40’ standing dead elms removed covered in brittle spiky branches and located in an extremely difficult location.
They showed up right on time reviewed the area set a planned and executed without a hitch.
Excellent communication and very friendly.
Oh and spotless cleanup afterwards and I forgot to mention they had the best price and timing of four options quoted.
I will definitely be giving them my business in the future.

I had a huge ash tree in our backyard that needed a huge amount of trimming. I have nothing but positive things to say about the professionalism that Wilson took with this project. He truly cares about how the work is done! My tree is beautiful, my yard was left perfectly clean afterwards, and my expectations were exceeded. I will use this company again!

Budget Tree removed a large aspen that had fallen in the recent wind storm. They were efficient, professional and priced well. I would highly recommend!

They did a tremendous job! I had 5 trees serviced on my property - now all of them look great! They hauled off a lot of dead wood & cleaned up perfectly. The crew left my property cleaner than when they started! Highly recommend!!
