I recommend this company and have used their service several times. I had a great experience, the person who came out was Thomas. Thomas is professional, friendly, well mannered and explains things easily. I like that he called before arriving and told me he was on his way. My A/C need a repair & check-up. Everything was explained to me & service was completed.

I always use A-1 Heating and Air Conditioning for all of my HVAC needs. They are family owned and operated, and they are honest, friendly, prompt and thorough! I was told by another HVAC company, that something was cracked and was going to cost me thousands to fix. A-1 came and discovered that what I needed was a $30 part, and that the other company was ripping people off blind. The techs are so knowledgeable I will never use anyone else. I strongly recommend A-1 Heating and Air!

I was having trouble with my furnace and a friend recommended A-1 Heating and Air conditioning Services. I had to replace my furnace and the technicians were very helpful. The price was very reasonable! I recommend them to family and friends.

I have used this business twice now to repair and tune my furnace. Both experiences have been exceptional. Both of the guys who came at the two different appointments were extremely courteous, very professional, knowledgeable, and timely. For both appointments I have had they were able to come to my home based on what worked best with my schedule and were very flexible. They arrived when they said they were going to and fixed everything that needed to be fixed without taking an entire afternoon. They explained things in a way that made me feel like I understood what was being worked on without feeling like I was being talked down to. I will continue using this company for all of my air conditioning and furnace tuneup and needs in the future!

I Love A-1! They have been my go to company for nearly 10 years. I love that they are locally owned, and they truly care about their employees! I almost always have Aaron or Thomas out at my house, and they are so respectful! There have even been times I had to let them in when I wasn't home, and I have 1000% trusted them to be in my house with out me there. There is no other company I would trust to work on my furnace, AC or Fireplace! Thanks for all you guys do!

5 stars for Cody and Spencer! Nothing went smoothly but they worked through every challenge and put together a great system. Support from Brad and Braun answered all questions and solved any technical system problems. All work was performed in an efficient and tidy manner. I commend all involved for their helpful, courteous approach to their jobs. we highly recommend A-1 for their professional work product.

Will &. Cole were really great. They did a fantastic job installing our new furnace and humidifier. They were very professional and respected our privacy and were great with our dogs, who occasionally need to supervise their work!

We have used A-1 Heating before, and they have never disappointed. And Aaron was very helpful, answering every question we hit him with. We also appreciate the fact that they fixed our 35 year old furnace a few years ago to try to keep her going, and it did. This time, we had a blow back that rendered the old girl inoperable, so we decided 35 years was an admirable service record, and bought a new one. The warranty on our new furnace is longer than I will probably occupy the planet, so we are delighted.

All of the employees here are kind and knowledgeable. They are straightforward and won’t surprise you with hidden costs. Thomas is an exceptional technician who is reliable and honest—and he isn’t judgey if you forget to change your filter :) There is no place better to call and no one else I would trust in my home.

We are so happy with the service. The young lady at the front desk was so helpful with our options and scheduling. Aaron did the estimate within a few days and by the next week lead installer William and assistant Mitchell were there to install. William walked me through every step and was so curteous and professional. They made sure we understood everything that was done and answered any questions I had. Today we had the pleasure of working with Thomas, from A1 Heating and Air Conditioning. He was a fantastic technician and was very informative and professional. He was able to get to our home the same day we called and quickly diagnosed the issue of our furnace. He was just as professional and informative when he spoke to our landlord to relay the information and asked for confirmation before he moved forward with the repairs. I highly recommend A1 Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone needing repairs done quickly and to those who have landlords/are landlords.

Our AC went out yesterday afternoon. I called A-1 this morning and had the friendliest tech out by 1230. He fixed it without issue and for a much better price than any other HVAC company I have ever used. Highly recommend this place!

I started a project for our basement finish I thought I could do myself and got in over my head so I called A1. They were more than happy to come out and fix my screw up. Super thankful for these guys don't hesitate to give them a call.

A-1 Heating and Air Conditioning Service has been exceptional to work with. They have been wonderful with communication and when the part we needed to remedy our AC unit was back ordered for 120 days they went above and beyond by getting me a more expensive part and discounting it to my original quote in order to get the unit fixed in time for our closing. I would recommend them for their services you will not be disappointed!

I would highly recommend A1. They were able to get us looked at quickly when our a/c went out when we had company from out of town. Our tech Hunter was fantastic!

Called them Monday morning due to my water heater being out and they came out right away to check it out and then were able to replace it that afternoon. I had hot water by the evening. The customer service is great and the employees are super friendly. Also, my parents AC wasn’t working yesterday and they came out today and fixed their AC. Such a great company and very knowledgeable people who work here. Recommend 100%! Thank you A1 for being such a great company.
