Good customer service, very helpful and excellent service

They have been nothing but a complete nightmare doing anything with their subcontractors. They promise one thing and never follow through. I have given them several chances (No clue why) and they never seem to follow through. The good thing for me is that Lowe's is about 1,000 feet away. Be very careful using any sub contractors with HD. FYI.

Horrible service.. Don't trust the install company (showtime) they will charge you for work that was not done & home depot will stand by them. They say it will void your warranty. It won't. They don't know what customer service is. I've started using lowes, so far such a much more honest company. I have a home depot card that i will pay off & close the account. Reccomend for everyone to use lowes..!!

Worst experience to have basement windows installed through Home Depot Window Replacement and Installation. Bad customer service from the sales team, poor craftsmanship from the installer, and still waiting the call back for my complaint.

I will not going through home depot for any home service again! Free financing is not worth the frustrations and bad experience!

I would recommend you going through local expert/company for your window replacements - as well as any other home services!
