After listening to Jackson describe K-Guard and it's many advantages we were sold on it. He was very knowledgeable and wanted to convey just how good his system was. The job was done in a timely manner and we were thoroughly impressed. We would definitely say "go for it" if you're "sitting on the fence". From beginning to end everything went smoothly.

Ever since I bought my home I have had to deal with cleaning out my cutters. What a pain when I did it myself. When I hired it out, 80% of the time the results were less than acceptable. I had researched and got bids from several cutter companies and found them to costly and/or poorly reviewed. Then I called K-Guard. Adara came to the house and explained the system in detail and gave me a very competitive bid. I had already done my research on the system and the company. We closed the deal. Installation was quick and easy. I would diffidently recommend.

Update: After posting my previous review, the owner contacted us, came out to see the issues and everything got fixed and taken care of quickly.

We signed the contract on August 1st and were told they would need to order all of the gutters. After 4 weeks, we hadn’t heard anything so we called to see if everything came in. The girl that answered said yes and that she would be calling us “in a day or two” to schedule. A week later we still hadn’t received a call so we called again and were told that “someone would be contacting us to schedule”. After waiting through the weekend someone finally called us back. The gutters were installed on Wednesday, September 11th, and we were told that someone would return the next day to pick up the leftover gutters (about a 10’ long box; two small boxes of old gutter parts and a bag of trash) which they left in our driveway. No one showed up to get the boxes on Thursday or Friday, so on Saturday we called the office and the girl said someone would be coming on Monday so we moved everything out of our driveway to the side of the house. We had to call the office again on Tuesday (because no one showed up on Monday), they finally came out on Wednesday (a week after the install) to pick everything up. We had a few issues with the first rain, and a guy came out on September 25th and fixed two of the three issues and told us he would have to check to see if they had the parts in stock to fix the remaining problem. We never heard back so we called the office and they set up an appointment for them to come out again on October 8th, but no one showed up or called to tell us they weren’t coming. Today, October 10th we called the office to find out why no one showed up and were told the parts weren’t in so they didn’t come out. Now they are scheduled to be here on October 15th to supposedly fix the remaining issue. The gutters look nice, we haven’t had another rain to see if the first two problems have been actually fixed. The sales guy and installer were great but the office staff doesn’t seem to have a clue about anything, they don’t return calls when they say they will, no one seems to know how to communicate with customers, and we are left feeling extremely frustrated.

My wife and I decided we were too old to be climbing on the roof to clean our gutters, so we contacted K-Guard for an estimate. The sales person was very professional and gave us an excellent presentation and a to-the-penny estimate for replacing our old, decrepit gutters. They scheduled their installation ten days later and we couldn't be happier. The crew was prompt and did a thorough job, including cleanup. I heartily recommend this vendor.

Just had my new gutters and downspouts installed 4/22/21 by K-Guard and I couldn't be more happier. I received a fair estimate and the quality of the material is excellent. I love the downspouts that have built in traps to filter out and any debris that may go down through the downspouts. (went with traditional gutters). When Jackson, came to meet with us, he clearly explained all the different types of material that where available so we could make a well informed decision on what we felt would be appropriate and would meet our needs. The massive downspouts move the water 50% more than my older system. I would recommend that if you get new gutters, consider updating the downspouts also. When we had all the heavy snow and rain over the last couple of weeks, these gutter had no issues moving the water and I had no gutters overflowing.
Also, the installer was amazing. What a great guy. If I could give a rating of 10 stars, I would. Thank you K-Guard!!!

I've been thinking about leaf gutters for several years. After doing a lot of homework I selected K-Guard. I was pretty much sold when I met with Jeff, the customer consultant, but he showed me several key points I didn't find in my research. He got back to me right away with a quote, and the price was actually better than expected. The crew was out here within 10 days. They did an incredible job, considering my home is three stories with lots of strange angles. A few days later we had a big afternoon downpour. I stood out in the rain with an umbrella and watched in amazement as the K-Guard gutters did their job, even in a heavy Rocky mountain afternoon rain. I highly recommend K-Guard, from quality to price to install crews.

I did a lot of research on leafless gutter systems and read the reviews of several gutter companies in the area. That's why I called K-Guard first and that was the right decision. This is a great, well managed company with the best product on the market. They gave us a fair estimate from the start and completed the installation in a timely and highly professional manner. If the rating system allowed, I would rate the service greater than 5 stars.

We bought a new house that needed new gutters and downspouts and after researching the various companies, we called K-Guard Rocky Mountains. I am so happy we did. Jeff (our salesperson) was professional, patient, and gave us every option to ensure we weren't overspending and only purchased what we needed and wanted. Wow - what a great experience. The initial salesman explained about modern gutters and their leaf and dirt prevention features. Most importantly he didn't push for the most expensive option, but advised me on a lower cost option which we both agreed would work well for my needs.

Installation was professionally done and I am very satisfied with the results. Jackson, the owner, came by later at my request to help with an item which needed to be fixed.

I was having trouble with my gutters and roof so I gave K Guard a call and I'm glad I did. They identified what was wrong and worked directly with my insurance company on all the details so I wouldn’t have to worry about playing middle man between the two companies.
They scheduled the work quickly, explained the process along the way, and got everything repaired in short order.

Installed new leafless gutters. Jackson and his team did a great job installing new leafless gutters on my house. Had to have them come back to make a few minor adjustments and they were very responsive, friendly and efficient. My gutters look amazing and best of all I will not have to clean them out again. Their product is very well made and look very nice as well. I definitely recommend them for their high quality product and professionalism.

K-Guard Rocky Mountains were great to work with! I'm submitting this review as a roofing company. We needed the gutters removed and reinstalled so we could replace the homeowners tile roof. They were easy to schedule with and their communication was very responsive. They conducted the work with the utmost in integrity and professionalism throughout the entire process. The customer service approach and business ethics of this company are exemplary. As a company that deals with gutter crews and installs on a regular basis, I must recommend K-Guard for anyone that is looking for a high quality installation.

Satisfied with work. Suggest crew do a better job of cleaning up. We picked up several pieces of old gutters, pieces of tin from new gutters and at least 3 dozen screws related to new gutters from the street and perimeter of home including the driveway and sidewalks .

I initially worked with Jeff Lane on the sale and the communication he and the staff provided was outstanding. They made sure I knew where I was in the queue a solid estimates as to when the work would start. The work was started on time and completed very quickly. The gutters look great and match the house color perfectly.
I am happy with the quality and am confident they will offer many years of service.
If I could offer one bit of input I would suggest the installers use some method of fall protection. On our particular job the installer worked alone and did the majority of the work from the roof edge. We did not have an incident at my home but would hate to see such a skilled craftsman take a fall.
I will suggest K-Guard to anyone looking to replace their existing gutter system.

K-guard Rocky Mountains designed, engineered and installed gutter systems for us. Jackson and his staff were professional and gracious the entire time. That includes promptly making minor adjustments we requested. We strongly recommend K-Guard Rocky Mountains; you won’t be disappointed.
As a quick addendum, unrequested K-guard called to see how satisfied we were. Jackson returned to our home to look at the job and recommended an addition to secure our gutter drainage. His staff returned and the gentleman was truly a metal magician, working around atypical corners through fabrication. The end result is extraordinary. We only wish all of our providers were as considerate and responsive as K-guard has been for us.

K-Guard provided a great overall experience from the sales to the installation. Their salesman Jeff was passionate and very knowledgeable, the gutters themselves are a great debris-blocking design so I'll never have to get up on my roof again to clear the gutters, and the installation went well & the gutters look great.

After install I noticed a piece sticking out a bit further from the house than it should have, but after a quick phone call the owner Jackson personally made an appearance at my house to check it out. I'm glad that happened because it was a true pleasure to meet Jackson, he's a great guy and the company is in good hands. He took care of the issue right away and we had a great conversation.

A+ to this company - if you're going with new gutters, go K-Guard!

The winter after we moved into our current house I noticed that when it rained or snowed, that one of the gutters leaked over the walkway. Years before this the previous owner had K-Guard install gutters. I did not know the company, but I decided to call and see what they would charge to fix the leak (I am too old to climb a ladder safely). Jackson, the owner of K-Guard Rocky Mountains, confirmed his company installed the gutters and they would be glad to fix the problem for free. I confirmed we were not the same owners who had the original installation, but he wanted to fulfill the lifetime guarantee, even to us the new owners. So his team came out and repaired the leak, for free.
A year later I decided I did not like 2-foot-long ice cycles hanging down from some gutters at the back of our property. K-Guard came out, measured those gutters and we discussed how to prevent the ice cycles. Heat cables were the solution. I also requested Jackson to use a non-standard device for a small portion of the work which I thought would be helpful. Jackson said it made sense and agreed.
The crew came out in late summer and did the work. They were very quiet and efficient.
It is now April. This last winter we had snow several times and one time it was over 18” deep. As the snow melted, no ice cycles formed on the portion of the gutters with the K-Guard heat cables. Other sections around the house without heat cables had long ice cycles.
Jackson is not a family friend or a relative and he did not pay me for this review. I have written this so others can know our one family experience with K-Guard Rocky Mountain.

These are amazing people to work with. They were kind every time I had to delay the installation (siding took longer than expected) and we had a death we were working around as well.
The gutters are amazing and I'm so glad my husband doesn't have to climb up on the roof anymore. Our neighbor got the gutters years ago and loved them so we contact the company for an estimate. From the person that came out to the men that did the work, everyone was professional, kind, and hard working. I would recommend this company to everyone.

My old gutters were constantly clogged and always needed cleaning. I had the gutters replaced with K-Guard gutters and don't even think about cleaning the gutters anymore. Installers were great, the installation went smoothly, and the gutters really compliment the look of the house. I wish I have done this many years earlier.

While the service this company offers is excellent the product has a serious flaw if you live in a snowy climate. If there is significant snow it creates a dam on the gutter. This makes the snow sit on top of the gutter and as it melts it creates icicles that drip water over the gutter and all around the foundation of your house. I tried the gutter heater and it didn’t help at all. My front porch is solid ice for days after a snow from the gutters dripping. It defeats the whole purpose of a gutter. I’m looking at replacing my whole gutter system again. It’s too bad they don’t warn you before you buy.

Update 01-27-2023 The heating elements work!!!
We've had a few weeks to observe how the heating elements are doing and they work great! The crew installed them and were very professional. We no longer have issues with icicles or the icy patch by the walkway. Many thanks Jackson to you and your team! Jennifer

We had K Guard gutters installed which were very expensive, and have been having ice dams building up. It's causing a dangerous slippery area near the front door. It consistently happens and several neighbours were concerned about our safety, especially as they don't have the ice dam issues with their regular gutters.

According to the articles that K-Guard publishes... "How to Deal with and Prevent Ice Dams"--Installing a K-Guard Gutter System will help prevent ice dams from forming on your roof. Our gutter systems can withstand all winter weather conditions, including snow and ice storms and will help prevent ice buildup on roofs...."

Ours is not doing that and we have had several people slip and fall, including ourselves. It happened last year as well, but I was busy caring for my terminally ill spouse and unable to spend time dealing with the gutter issues as well. I'm very disappointed that we spent so much money as seniors on a fixed income for gutters that don't work. Jennifer
