This phone number listed below, and several others I've been given, don't work. No voicemail. No answer. How do I reach someone?

Terrible representatives of this company. Should be reported to BBB. You're company will fail worse than the roman empire.

Terrible buying experience. Little to no support from warranty after purchase. Deck looks like an amateur built it. Dishwasher installed crooked, shoddy work all over the place. Warranty department just kicks the can down the road, don't bother with DW, they're stretched too thin. All their builder and sales associate seemed to care about was getting perfect marks on their survey review without actually providing the level of service for perfect marks. Warranty rep position has been turned over 3 times in 2 years...

I have owned a paired home purchased September 2021, from DW. I’m trying to continue to be patient, but the warranty work is still not finished after waiting well past the first year. The subs’ work, particularly the mechanical company, was sloppy, half finished in some places, and illogical excuses for why things don’t work, and when warranty work is scheduled by the DW warranty rep, they don’t even show up or call to reschedule. I’m having now the same issue with the flooring company trying to schedule warranty work. Most neighbors on my street have the same complaints. Thank you so much to my warranty rep for being diligent in trying to get the work scheduled, but to say this is frustrating is an understatement.

Friday, August 16, 2024. I discovered my crawlspace was taking on water. I placed a call to the DW emergency plumbing number Saturday morning and placed a warranty request. No response from the plumber. I was told they’d contact me. DW also said I was out of warranty. I ended up getting a plumber out here yesterday. Turns out the mainline broke! What water main breaks on a three-year-old house? Cost to fix, $15,000. I hope DW shows some character and accepts responsibility for this.
August 23, DW did the right thing and came out to repair the broken main. There was a rather large rock in the backfill around the pipe that over time had chipped away and caused a hole.

Tyler was able to begin to unravel this mess, but the real hero in this whole thing has been Railey, our new warranty rep. She deserves 5 stars. Really more. I have gone through six or seven warranty reps in the almost three years I have been here. She actually listens, then acts immediately while keeping me in the loop. It takes a woman to get things done around here. I hope she doesn’t leave us. She went well beyond and was here for the past two days. We’re still not quite finished, but she’s been wonderful.

To David Weekley: Please communicate with your homeowners. One of the biggest issues since I’ve been here is a lack thereof. My neighbor still has a long list of unresolved issues and can’t get your attention. I brought up with Railey a lot of concerns I had with the warranty program and the competence of the subcontractors. Please ask her about them and learn.

We rent a house in a subdivision made by DW. We wanted to rent before buying. Thank did we did! This home was built in 2019 and it is already falling apart, and just back design in the first place. Cabinet doors falling off, cracks in the walls, stairs, counters. Huge gaps by the dishwasher. Terrible hvac, we can never get the upstairs cool in the summer and the ac just runs 24/7. We had a pipe burst this winter. The plumber said it’s because the builder didn’t properly slant the outside pipe, so water just sits there and freezes. Terrible plumbing in all of the bathrooms. Terrible use of space in the design. The garage has 40 foot ceiling, the air just stays trapped there so the garage is always hot. I could go on. I do NOT recommend buying anything from this builder!!!
