BES Electrical & HVAC Services are very professional. They show up day of service and keep you informed. With an older home and owner, trust is very important. The home needed outlets, breakers, thermostats and general electric repair. The pricing was very fair. (I am tired of being gouged.) Best of all; when they left, all rooms were clean, repaired appropriately. You would have never known the work the home had done. Start to finish they were wonderful. Highly recommend.

BES Electric came to the rescue again! Sean (owner) methodically troubleshot a outdoor electrical short that required not only patience but proper equipment (bucket truck) in just a short time he found the short, corrected the issues in the line and we were back to normal. Thanks again!

Sean and his team came to our facility to fix a few light fixtures. While they were working on said lights. I asked if the could look at some other lighting issues we had. And he without hesitation took the time to look at our lights and he actually fixed them. The company I work for usually has to put in work orders to get these things done. Sean was thorough in his inspection, took his time to explain regarding preventive services and correct status of my furnace . I am happy with his services . I would hire him again.

**WARNING*** Sean didn't show when scheduled....cancelled after making me wait for 6 hours. They said I would be first on the list the next day and it was 11am by the time he arrived. He was there to look at my mini-split AC unit. He made a comment that he didn't like working on "these things". I never saw him connect any test equipment or perform any diagnostics as he stated that he needed some kind of adapter. He sat in my garage ordering it from Amazon and then stood up and said "I'm can't get parts for that thing...I'm going to recommend a replacement". He left and submitted the paperwork to the home warranty company. I then got a message from them saying my part of the replacement(as I'm responsible for the inside equipment) would be over $5000. Seeing as the entire AC unit only cost me $800....I found it ridiculous to charge me that much(just for the inside air handler). When I called him to ask about it he Ho hummed around and said "well I have to remove the old unit" and didn't really have much to say. He told me he'd look into it and call me right back. That was 2 days ago and he won't answer my calls. This is a bold on air handler that I could have off the wall in 5 minutes and the new one on in another 10 minutes and he wants to charge me $5000. I'm currently disputing this with my warranty company and if things go my way, BES will not being doing business with them anymore. I would highly recommend steering clear of this company. They are not trustworthy and as far as I can tell, have no idea how to work on a mini-split. Good luck if you choose to do business with them.

BES is our go to for all our electrical needs, they’ve tackled everything we’ve thrown at them with fast response and great work! Sean is the best, from lighting replacements 40 feet in the air and installs to wiring in power for a whole new kitchen and repairing breakers they have always been prompt and I have had no issues with their work. 100% would recommend BES.
