Just... Average.

I usually come for the garden department. I feel I can never find 100% of what I need. Usually 75% max is all they have. The help I've experiences seems to swing greatly... I've had a couple people that are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I've had a couple of people that don't seem to know anything about gardening and don't want to help.

It's all just... Meh. Average.

As a realtor, I have worked with Taylor (the owner) over the years and he has always done a fabulous job on roofs for my clients. This time Branden helped us out and he made sure my sellers were all set up with a roof within their budget, and within the short timeframe we needed to close on time. I reached out to Thumbtack to find a company to clean my gutters. Ninja Roofs responded quickly and followed up when asked. They provided a reasonable price quote to clean my gutters and inspect my roof. AJ came out to do the work from Ninja Roofs. He was prompt, efficient, and friendly. After The job was complete. I noticed that there is an area in my gutters still backing up. When I reached out to AJ, he was willing to come back and check out why the gutter was still blocked. When AJ came back out, he figured out that our gutter was blocked from a construction error in the gutter installation. AJ worked to free all blocked gutter and showed me how I can fix my gutter. I would highly recommend AJ and Ninja Roofs with your gutter and roofing needs. Thanks AJ for all your work!

Damian, Tyler and their team were absolutely fantastic. They worked with me to find a creative and effective solution for updating the roof on our 100+ year-old building. I must have gotten quotes from at least six different roofers and both the cost and effectiveness of the solution offered by Ninja Roofs was by far the best. Moreover, they got the project started quickly and completed in a timely fashion. Perhaps what I appreciated most was the consistency of communication. Damian always made sure I was updated throughout the process and any time I had a question he answered right away. Definitely one of the best contractors I've worked with. Thanks, guys!

Roof Ninga is awesome and I highly recommend them! They are thorough and do great work. Very trust worthy! If work doesn't need to be done, they will tell you that. Over promised and way under delivered. The only thing this company was good at was making excuses. Their subcontractors still haven’t fixed the issues with my new roof.

It's interesting that this company based in Minnesota is now saying they are not the company that did my roof since I just paid roof ninja services based in Minnesota over $11,349. This just proves how awful this company is that they deny knowing a customer when they are given an unsatisfactory review.

Taylor @ Ninja Roofs is super timely and a high integrity guy. He came out very quickly and helped conduct an inspection at a very reasonable rate. He did not try to price gouge at all and was super friendly and easy to deal with the entire way. Would highly recommend him.
