Easy fix. Needed to purchase parts. Expensive for the s as mount of time it took. Labor was 10x parts and only took less that 30 minutes.

The office was quick to set me up for a repair with a turn around of 24 hours for my evaluation. The tech was knowledgeable, friendly, and transparent about the repair. They were able to source my parts and complete the repair in less than a week. They were considerate of my home and appliances. Great to know I can count on them for future issues!

Fast, efficient, good work, and reasonably priced. What more can you ask for? Kitchenaid had a two week wait for a dishwasher repair, they came out next day and got it fixed in 30 min for less than Kitchenaid.

Taras did a great job replacing our washing machine pump, clean out and maintenance and making sure we knew how to continue proper maintenance on the machine. He was on time, professional and knowledgeable.

Michael, the service tech was great. But based on the estimate for a new icemaker, I decided the money to buy a new icemaker would be better spent if I put it towards a new fridge, since the one I have has been here since the day I moved in 18 years ago! (I paid $79 for the estimate which I thought was reasonable. Another company wanted $149 for an estimate—almost twice what I paid.)

The tech, Sam, came out and diagnosed my dryer needed a new control board. When I tried to schedule the repair, they wouldn't call me back. I contacted the tech and the office, they kept saying they'd get back to me. Obviously I couldn't keep waiting on them. They took my $80 diagnostic and ran.

The repair person was prompt, explained all the issues and was able to get the part needed and fix everything in less than 90 minutes. The service was great!
