Construction Company reviews in Highlands Ranch, Colorado

They are doing a good job in remodeling my house. I appreciate all the work they did🫶

I hired Jesus and DRP construction to do a kitchen remodel. Jesus was kind and well spoken salesman. Once the contract was signed the project lacked organization and we had several issues with Jesus and his suppliers. Fast forward and there are issues with the craftsmanship and Jesus will no longer return calls. I had to hire another contractor to fix the issues His team refused to fix that were under warrant.

Super happy with the work! The team was reliable, respectful, and paid attention to detail. Everything came out exactly how I wanted.

They remodeled my bathroom and made it look very nice for a good price! They are also very easy to work with and got the job done quickly.

Recently decided to get my bathroom renovated. Did research on different companies but decided to go with DRP. I’m so glad I made that decision! Amazing quality of work and the staff was very helpful. Definitely the best bang for your buck.

I was very surprised. Going into my living room remodel, I was very cautious about who to choose. That caution stemmed from horror stories I heard of remodels and construction projects from friends and family. I’m so glad that I picked DRP construction for the job. Between the client consideration that the owner, Jesus, had; the efficiency of the work; quality of the finished product; and transparency, they delivered something beyond a quality renovation - they delivered excellent customer service and created trust. I will be picking them again if the need arises.

We had our kitchen and dining area remodeled and the experience was outstanding. D.R.P. Construction was punctual, respectful, and extremely skilled. They kept the work area clean and communicated with us every step of the way. The finished product looks incredible and completely transformed our home.

Excellent work! The crew was professional, on time, and very detail oriented. Our project turned out better than we imagined. Highly recommend for any construction or remodeling needs!

All in One construction was great on my remodel! highly recommend.

All in one is a great one-stop shop for everything you need in property management! It’s so convenient to have access to all the services you need in one place.

True Professionals ! Great Quality Services. From Exterior work to Interior work they get that job done right!

The owners of All in one are great business and skilled owners. They put out a great product in timely manner. I recommend them to everyone.

I had all in one come up and do paint in my garage and work on my basement. They did a fantastic job very very pleased. I would recommend them to anyone.

Deck replacement was subcontracted out to a crew that was unqualified and incompetent. There is hardly any aspect of the job the I am happy with or was done right.

Frank is an excellent contractor who ensures your remodeling job is completed professionally and to the highest standard.

Moonlight Contracting, Frank Verk is the best contracting group I've ever worked with. Work is done with the highest quality and great communication. They legitimately care about doing the work the very right way, no skipping steps or cutting corners. You can count on them 100%

We bought a 25 year old house in Highlands Ranch in 2023. We have been doing a lot of renovation projects. Adding a 5th bedroom in the basement, painting several rooms, some new flooring, a complete remodel of the family room. Frank was hired for each job, his first job was a small job to get to know him, since he has been hired several times on the larger jobs. When I have another job in the future I will contact him.

This is the second big job we have had Frank and his team do. Our first was a basement to the concrete walls and it was done in three weeks, start to finish!
The second job was an office, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms…it’s like new! All new doors, and the bathrooms are right out of a magazine. Here’s what it is with Frank, one, he gives you an estimate on paper with each job broken down. No round numbers. Two, he gives you the option to pick the details of what’s going to be put in…IKEA? Or really upscale fixtures…your choice. He does not skip on quality, if it’s not right, he tears it out and re- installs. His dime. You can trust a review when I showed him an over site and it was redone. That’s a good contractor. He’s experienced and runs a clean job.

Working with Moonlight Construction was a blast! Frank had the patience of a saint as we changed our minds about 47 times designing the backyard and patio. He guided us through every wild idea with a smile (and probably some hidden eye rolls). Now, we’ve got the backyard of our dreams and Frank probably deserves a medal for putting up with us. Highly recommend!

We recommend Moonlight wholeheartedly for this type of project, can't speak to others. We had a relatively small wet bar project in the basement and contacted Moonlight General Contracting (Frank Verk is the owner and face of the business) for ideas, through Houzz. Since we weren't certain as to exactly what we wanted, Frank worked at our pace (and his) to complete this project over time and to our exact (and evolving) preferences. We appreciated his advice and directions as we selected materials and completed the work step by step. Our final result was exactly what we wanted and the cost was somewhat less than "big bang" proposals that wanted us to specify everything up front and complete the work in three or four days. It's clear that this firm fits small jobs in between Frank's larger construction projects. That's a great (and cost effective) approach to a small project. Highly recommended!

Frank at Moonlight General Contracting did an amazing job remodeling our kitchen. The entire process was easy and on time. Frank went the extra mile to make sure we were well taken care of.
