Roofing & Gutters reviews in Highlands Ranch, Colorado

Local company, great project managers, great work.

Joel was great to work with.

I am a roofing contractor and have worked with Justin on a few roofs. Custom service is on point. You can really tell he cares about his profession which is incredibly important

A top rate job on our roof, from Proposal until the last shingle, and beyond! HIGHLY recommend! Justin Smith oversaw and managed our new roof with professionalism and personal attention! Excellent experience!

Colorado construction worked tirelessly to get my insurance company to do the right thing! After they handled all the red tape my only responsibility was picking a new roof color! The workers were done in 1 day and there wasn’t a trace of garbage at the end of the day! Excellent professional knowledgeable customer service proactively took care of everything! Perfect experience. Thank you!!

If you have ever wondered if there is a contractor out there that is professional, timely, and honest, look no further than Colorado Construction and Restoration! They had replaced my roof a few years ago because of a hail storm and sadly I had to call them again because of the recent killer hail storm. This time it was a whole lot more than just my roof that needed to be repaired/replaced. The team was AMAZING. All of the different repairs (roof, windows, siding, etc) were all perfectly orchestrated around each other AND my schedule. Everyone who was at my home was professional and courteous and cleaned up thoroughly. As much as I hope I never have to do business with them again, if the need arises, they will be my first phone call.

Colorado Construction & Restoration recently helped me with a rental property that needed a new roof. The initial inspection revealed storm damage to shingles as well as additional wear and tear on the metal flashing and gutters. From the inspection on, working with the insurance company, coordinating the schedule with the different crews through the completion of the job, everything was handled in a timely, efficient, professional manner.

My family and I would highly recommend Colorado Construction & Restoration! We had the pleasure of working with Chris, who provided us with daily updates, answered all our questions in a timely manner, came and inspected the work, and really went above and beyond. We appreciate all your help, Chris! Wonderful company and we are thankful for all their help.

Amazing company. Did a great job on our roof, a few years ago. Kudos to Ericka, director of operations. She helped me with paper work needed for insurance. Thank you so much! Great company. Very professional. Would definitely recommend Colorado Construction and restoration.

As a professional real estate investor, I have used the services of many roofing and restoration companies.

Over the last several years, Joel and his crew have handled about a 1/2 dozen jobs for me. They have proven to be timely, cost efficient, and always an advocate for me when on the job and when dealing with insurance companies.

Would highly recommend them to anybody.

We thought we had hail damage on our roof. Joel with Colorado Construction and Restoration came out and looked at our roof to confirm we had damage before we filed a claim. Our insurance company confirmed our roof was totaled. We scheduled our roof to be replaced with Colorado Construction. They had product delivered within one week! We had a new roof installed in one day! The crew was courteous and cleaned up everything! I would highly recommend them for anyone’s home! We also had a repair that needed attention above our kitchen the crews fixed this while they were onsite!!

We recently had Colorado Construction and Restoration replace our roof due to hail damage. Joel and Ericka were great to work with. They kept us informed every step of the way. The crew that replaced our roof took extra care to ensure all the old roof material was cleaned up around the house. Would recommend Colorado Construction and Restoration when looking for a roofing contractor.

I used them years ago for painting and a new roof. For the last two months I have called many, many times, emailed a couple of times and even filled out their form to get a request. Not one time has anyone ever reached out to me. Are they even still in business? When you call it doesn't even state the company name. I had a great experience with them prior and am looking to get my house painted again. I will NEVER recommend them.
